Stretching I wriggled out of my mates arms and shook him gently, waking him up. Zeldris blinked up at me before smiling "Morning Love" His morning voice sending shivers down her back
"Morning" giving him a kiss, I got up and left our little cave of leaves. Yawning, I attempted to calm my bird nest like morning hair.
"Morning sleeping beauty" teased Derieri as she sat against the inner stem, next to a grinning Monspeet, causing me too give them the middle finger
"Fuck off, where is my kid?"
"Mama!!!" she squealed as she happily bounced over too me. I lifted her up into my arms, twirling her around
"Hey there baby!"
"So where is the captain?" A voice behind me asked, I turned around and saw Galand sat on the edge
"Oh so your still alive?"
"You sound disappointed"
"Now were ever would you get that idea?" I asked sarcastically turning away to go and sit next to Gloxinia
"You were wrong by the way" Galand said smugly
"Hm?" I placed Mikaela on the floor so she could run over to her uncle Gloxinia and turned around
"You were wrong~" I narrowed my eyes at his cocky tone
"About what exactly?"
"He's dead" huh?
"Wha-...who?-" I cleared my throat"-whose dead?"
"Meliodas" I froze
What?
Everything stopped "w-what..."
"I killed that traitor" Galand grinned smugly
"You kill him?" I asked trying to wrap my head around that situation
"Yup"
"That's bullshit" I snapped before walking away from Galand
"I killed that traitor" Galand had said that, Galand can't lie....
No...
That's....thats not possible...
"Hey Y/n!" Meliodas grinned "Look after my brother, got it?"
He can't be....
"You okay kid?" Meliodas asked patting my head "I'm always here for you"
Meliodas....
"Y/n?"
"Yo N/n!"
"Y/n Love?"
"Common Y/n live a little~"
"Y/n!"
"Huh?" I blinked and looked around, Zeldris stood in front of me a concerned look on his face
"You okay Sweetheart?" Zeldris muttered lowly to me, his eyes scanning my face
"I-" I was in shock "- i-is Mel really? is he really gone?" I whispered to Zeldris, barely
Zeldris paused for a moment, and clicked his tongue "I doubt it, Meliodas is, as much as I hate to say it, very strong. I dont think that someone like galand could have killed him"
"B-but Galand can't lie. H-he can't.."
"Y/n listen to me, okay? You need to calm down before it starts to effect Mikaela"
"Dont tell me to calm down. I'm fine" I snapped annoyed. Wiping my eyes I turned away from Zeldris and sighed "just need some air"
"But we're....outside?" Estarossa said confused. I rolled my eyes and huffed, starting to walk away
"Mama?" Mikaela said as she tilted her head before rushing over and grabbing my hand "Mama I come?"
"You want to come with me?" I asked making her nod quickly
"The only way your both leaving, is if I go with you" Zeldris said crossing his arms
I clicked my tongue "oh really?"
Zeldris narrowed his eyes "yes really"
"Yeah, no not happening. I'm only leaving to try and get away from-" I paused as I saw Mikaela curious eyes peering up at me "-i mean I'm leaving to try and have some mother and daughter time, and your not coming with" I picked up Mikaela and resting her on my hib, who childish poked her tongue out at Zeldris.
"Understand Zeldris?" Zeldris and me glared at each other
First one too look away loses this argument
Growling Zeldris turned his head "fine, but Gloxinia is going with you" I cheered in victory with Mikaela, laughing as she threw her tiny fists into the air.
"Ha! She's got you whipped Zeldris" Derieri grinned ignoring Zeldris's glare.
I mean your not wrong-
"Common then Gloxinia, your coming with" I smiled
"Oh I am, Am I?"
"Yup, lez go"
"Let's go Adventure Uncle Xinia!!"
Gloxinia cringed slightly at the nickname, courtesy of me, and let out a loud sigh and groaned
"fine"
