~logans pov ~
I wake up back at base with Merrick, Keagan and hesh sitting beside me. "How the hell did we get out of there?" I say a bit weak as I wake up.
Hesh gets up and walks over to me. "You should thank Keagan. ....he dragged your ass all the out of there." He says a bit upset. Then I just remembered that my dad died. I tried to get up but in felt the pain in my stomach. "Easy" Hesh says pushing me down slowly.
"Did...did he really die?" I ask concerned. Hesh looked at the floor and nodded. I lied backed down and went to sleep..no cryed myself to sleep.
~Heshs pov ~
After I was done with logan, I walked outside and sat in the dirt. I hear someone walk up to me. "Hey." It was Skylar. "Hey...I haven't seen you since logan shot you....how are you?" "That dosnt matter....I need to talk to you and I'm sorry about dad." I nodded to her as she sat down.
"I want honest with you...even dad. So I'm here to tell you the whole story. Yes I ran away from from Rorke after I found out about you guys, but after, when I was 15 he got to me. I was with him till 1 year ago. I also helped him...capture logan."
I look at her. "Don't worry about it...Logans safe and that was in the past. It's history " I say putting my hand on hers.
It was time for dad's funeral. On his will he was going to make someone the leader of the ghosts. It's probably going to be Merrick.
I walk in to the room for the funeral and take a seat, the government dude comes to read his will. Here we go.
"In the new place of Captain Walkers position is.....David Hesh Walker." He says looking in the crowd.
I get up but think "Why me dad? I'm not ready." Then a voice cuts in...dad's voice. "Don't worry about failing. Your a great leader. Just watch over your brother and the rest of the team."
After the funeral and I was made the new leader I went to bed and fell asleep. I start my new job tomorrow. What do I do.
