A New Friend?

While I regained my consciousness I looked around and I saw people fighting but I couldn't make out who it was because my eyes are still blurry from being out of it for god knows how long. I think I was out for at least a couple of minutes because only a small crowd had gathered around the people who were fighting. In the middle of the commotion, I see Ashley on the ground, so I get up and start to run to her. When I reach her she's on the ground crying and there's a new student fighting the popular group. who is this kid?

"you need to back off newbie," said rick

"oh yea, well why don't you make me," said ???

"don't make me make you get out of my way"

"id like to see you try"

"i-"

"What's going on here gentlemen," says the principal walking through the group of students surrounding the two that were fighting. Then takes the new kid by his ear she said

"so your making trouble on the first day eh"

Then I realized who that boy was. 

He was the principal's son, and he just helped Ash out. Somethings not right here, I heard he was supposed to be some big evil bad guy.
As he was walking away he looked at me, but not in a mean way. After I got over to where Ashley was the bell rang, so I helped her up and we headed to class with the other students.

After we got through 1st,2nd,and 3rd period we headed to lunch. For lunch we had bento boxes and a bottle of water, since we had time left we sat outside under a big shade tree. When the bell rang we started to head back to class, I noticed something different about Ashley. She had gotten a tattoo of some mountains on her shoulder, the strange thing was she never talked about getting a tattoo around me ever. Something strange is happening here and I am determined to get to the bottom of it.
I saw the principals son around in the hallways but whenever I go to talk to him Ashley stops me, and I don't know why.
I decided I was going to try to talk to him after school was over when Ashley would have already left.

After class finished I started to look for him, because we really needed to talk. After almost 30min of looking for him I finally found him on a bench in his phone. I walked up to him trying not to be to awkward, I asked him if I could sit down. We sat in silence for almost 5mins then I asked him what his name was.

"So,what's your name?" I said

"..Ethan" he said

"So, um thanks for this morning"

"Yea, it's no problem"

"Well you helped"

"..anyways, what's you name?"

"Lucy"

"Nice name, we should be friends"

"I'm down"

"Well then I guess I'll see you tomorrow"

"Ok then, I'll see you tomorrow"

"Bye"

"Bye"

As we said our byes to each other he got up and left, I also got up and started to walk home. When I got home dad wasn't there, so I just went to my room to do my homework until he did get home.

It's been about four hours since I started working on my homework then just chilling before, Dad finally got home then from there I made dinner which for that night we had macaroni and hotdogs, and then I went to bed but I couldn't sleep. I stayed up almost 3 hours after I started trying to fall asleep but I just couldn't fall asleep there's so many things going on through my head over what had happened earlier that day. I woke up the next morning before my alarm went off, so I turned my alarm off before getting ready for that morning.
