Oh ! school year

2 : the embarrassment

After the day was over we went home and slept as it was the time to sleep

                                             December 15

After many weeks we were giving 2 weeks of brake .

I woke up very late cause there is no school ,I went downstairs and started eating my breakfast .

After I finished eating ,the mail man called my name and gave me the post cards cause I accidentally smashed the mailbox while I was practicing how to ride a bicycle .

I went inside and saw one of the post cards and it was for me .

I opened the post card and saw the letter , It was a letter from the community cooking championships , I was told to bake a 4 layered cake and bring it at 8 : 00 am .

I was so exited ,I might even win .

"Zan , today's the championship of cake baking ,please help me " I asked Zan .

" Sorry sis ,but I have an appointment with the dentist today " Zan nodded while wearing his shoes " Moooom !" I asked  " Am taking Zan ,why don't you call your friends and ask for help " Mom replied .

" ya !ok " I said while grabbing my phone and calling the others .

Daien told me , she  can't come  cause she is sick and Veron told me he is busy .

" Mom ,everyone is busy ,what should I do know " I said in disappointment .
" what about your other friend " have you asked him " she nodded " who?" I asked "ya ! ask Romero ,he will definitely come 😏" Zan said while giving me that look .

" I ....." I paused " So !" Mom stopped " fi.......nee " I said while grabbing my phone .

" Ops ! ah ! I don't have his number ,I guess I can't win anymore ,so bye have a nice day😅 " I said while trying to close the door .

" Here ,I have his number " Zan said while handing me his phone " tha..nks 😑 " I said in anger .

" So are you going to call him or .." Zan asked " Can you call him instead " I nodded " ok " he said while holding his phone .

" ow hey ! Romero ! " Zan greeted " Can I ask for a fever " he nodded " my sister here ,Alter  herself " he said while pointing towards me and laughing " ok !ok ! I get it " I nodded " she needs your  help in a competition " he asked .

" So ,he said he's on his way " Zan said as he finished talking with his phone.

After Mom and Zan went , I went to the kitchen and prepared every material . Ding !dong !

The bell started ringing , I opened the door and saw Romero ," hi " I greeted " hi Alter " he said while waving his hands .

Romero entered along with Veron " Veron 😧😮😡 !!! you said you were busy " I shouted " ya !I kinda was busy ,but I herd Romero was coming , and I was like I should " he nodded "what ? 🤨 " I said cause I didn't understand what he said "  Sorry " he said while going forwards to the couch  .

I was angry at Veron ,but I let it go .

I wore my cooking cloth as well as Romero . We started baking , Romero was showing me every step ,but I was embarrassed cause Veron kept laughing at me .

After a while I saw that my hair was turning brown again ,I quickly excused Romero and went upstairs to the bathroom .

I saw myself through the mirror and my hair turned to normal ,but my eyes turned blue .

how is this happening ,I was terrified ,I don't know what is happening to me .

I went downstairs again and continued baking , " hey Alter ,was your eye always like this " Veron asked " yeee..s !" I said while being nervous .

we finished baking the second layer and we proceeded to the 3rd .

As we were baking the 3rd cake ,the spatula fell on the ground and we both went down to pick it .

Our hands touched and our eyes meet , I was so embarrassed .

" wha.." I said while standing up quickly .

Veron laughed and Romero blushed a bit , this was so embarrassing .

We finally finished th cake ,I basically did nothing except cheering and eating the extra desserts that Romero made they were so good 🤤  .

We went to the competition and gave our cake to the judges ,they loved it so much.

After the Competition they held the winners " 1st place is to the couples Alter and Romero !" the judges said while giving us the prize " yaaay ! wait what ! Couples " I paused " we are not Couples !we are just friends " I said while looking to the judges .

The judges don't seem to care ,but I do ,how dare them call us couples ! .

I was angry ,but we got the prize so no problemo ! .

We went home again ,and we shared the prize , I technically took the greater portion ,but anyways , Both Romero and Veron went home .

I went upstairs and saw my hair again and it still normal , but I need to figure out what is happening to me .
