it is now the day of the talk with Maho and Erika, but just before it

Miho POV

It's been 4 weeks since the pirates attacked and Y/N disappeared, and over these weeks, I have noticed that Anzu and Mako have started withdrawing from everyone, Mako even more so, only talking when they have to, and it's not uncommon to see them with red eyes from crying, I have a feeling that they have a connection, I know that Anzu was her childhood friend, but Mako, I have no clue, Saori think they were girlfriends, but I doubt that they are just completely different people, but something I have noticed is that Mako might be using makeup because I have been noticing scars on her face and arms, from little lines to large patches of paler skin, and have been talking to each other in what I think is Russian, it's very strange.

Teacher "Mrs Nishizumi, are you still with us"

Miho "Huh!"

Teacher "look, I have been noticing that you have been doing this quite often, I know that you were good friends with Mrs L/N (last name), but you need to focus on school"

Miho "y yes ma'am"

*Bell*

Teacher "alright class, I need the homework back by Monday (currently Wednesday) "

Everyone then filed out, heading for the cafeteria for lunch

Saori "Miporin!"

Miho "oh, hey Saori, how did Math go?"

Saori "oh it was such a drag, and I swear, this guy behind me was staring at me for the whole lesson!"

Miho "do we have to go over this again? he is behind you, of course it will seem like he's staring at you"

Saori "no, he was totally checking me out"

Hana "Saori, Miho is right"

Miho "Huh!? Hana where did you come from?"

Hana "Why, from behind you"

Saori "well, lets just eat, shall we?"

Skip to after school and the talk with Maho and Erika

Yukari "-i don't think Mrs Nishizumi's decision in that match was a mistake"

Erika "yes it was she cost us the match!"

Y/N "yet she saved 5 girls lives, is a game more important than human lives?"
