It was around 2pm when Taehyung's shift was about to be over. He changed his shift to morning shift and took night shift whenever. He still worked at the subway, but he started to look for a new job. Since Yoongi was looking for a new one, he doesn't want to keep working there also.

He was cleaning the counter, waiting for customers when the doorbell chimed. He looked up and saw Jimin.

Jimin walked in with his flashy fashion. He wore all black, from head to toe., his red hair flashing in the sun in a beautiful fluttery red. He just dyed his hair, and he's rocking it. He has his sunglasses, looking so handsome on a hot day. If Taehyung is attracted to him, he would blame him for making the day so hot.

The man was just a natural model, who just walked on the street and already ended hundreds of model's careers. He is this powerful, how come no one scouting him yet?

Anyways, even if Jimin has his sunglasses covering his eyes, Taehyung could tell he feels a little uneasy. What confused Taehyung the most was why is here? Alone too? Usually, he would come with a few friends. Even if it was just him and a friend, and this is just the second time Jimin came to the subway, but alone.

Jimin came up to the counter and Taehyung instantly showed him a smile like he normally would.

"Hello, what kind of bread do you want? White, grain, or wheat?" Taehyung asked.

"Wheat, please," Jimin says.

"You got it." Taehyung took out the break and cut it open.

Jimin looked at him the whole time as he prepared his sandwich. Taehyung just had a feeling that Jimin wanted to say something, and he's buying time. It was more like, he doesn't know how to start, and now he's frustrating. Maybe, just maybe, Jimin was there to talk about the past.

Something in Taehyung's gut just tells him that Jimin was there, not really for a sandwich, but for him.

When Jimin paid, he seemed to be hesitating to get out of the store. He was not sure he wanted to stay and dine in, or he should go out. At the end, he chose to go out instead. It was a good thing that Taehyung also knew what he was there for.

When Jimin grabbed his sandwich and turned around, Taehyung just had to stop him.

"Jimin," Taehyung calls, making Jimin turn to him, "my shift is over too. Do you, do you mind if we talk?"

Bingo.

Jimin's smile plastered on his face, wide and grinning. It was good to see a smiling person smile again. It matched them more and relaxed their friends. When they frown, it just feels weird and different.

"Sure, I'll be waiting for you outside then."

With that being said, Jimin turned around and walked out with a smile still on his face. Taehyung was glad that he decided to say something. He's pretty sure Jimin was also there to talk too.

The person who came to switch with him was already there, so he just needed to change, grab his things, then he's good to go.

He got out from the back, but he went to the front, where Jimin waited for him. He was eating the sandwich that he ordered, but when he saw Taehyung, he quickly wrapped the sandwich in a hurry.
