Elijah's POV

Walking towards the new gym in town that Marcellus had told me to check out to give pointers to the new vampires I pass human's going through their average lives. Wondering how much different life would be if Ester hadn't have changed my siblings and I into monsters.

Taking my phone out of my pocket I look at the address Macellus sent and found the gym easily. Opening up the steel door I'm met with the overwhelming smell of metal and sweat. Time likes this. I really hate my senses. Walking towards the center of the room where there is an arena where a group of vampires are surrounding a pair that are fighting. Their yells pierce my ears. Walking up to them I get dirty looks which instantly turn into looks of submission once they realize who I am. A path forms so I can stand in the front to see who was fighting.

A man standing approximately 6'4 gets knocked down to the floor. Blood pouring out of his nostrils. I look to his opponent only to find a woman standing approximately at Y/H. Her Y/H/C tied into a high ponytail. It wasn't the fact that in my 1,000 years of living I'd never seen such a beautiful woman that struck me. It was her form. The way she held herself as she helped the man off the grown, the elegance in the way she brushed her hair out of her eyes when one of her hairs got into her face. Just the way she held herself could make a man weak at the knees. She makes her way out of the arena and the men surrounding make a path for her. Her aura surrounds everyone around her. Including myself. My eyes follow her as she makes her way to a side table where bottles of water sit. My feet move towards her without my knowledge.

As I make my way to her she tenses up and turns around. Her y/e/c eyes brush over my body and a smirk comes over her face.

"So Mr. Mikaelson, what can I do for you?" She smiles as she takes a sip of her water. Her eyes never leave mine.

A small graces onto my face because of her composure. She's not afraid of me like all the other men in the gym.

"Well I'd like to ask the name of the woman who holds herself with such composure. As you do." Her smirk turns into a smile. A small laugh escapes her lips. My breath practically stops at the sound.

"Y/N. My names Y/n." Her name makes my heart beat faster than I've ever felt. I stick out my hand for her to shake.

"Well Y/n it's a pleasure to meet you." She looks down at my hand and places her water down to free her hands. The smirk reappears on her face as she leans forward her mouth grazing my ear.

"I'm sure it is." She pats my shoulder as she walks off. I turn to watch her walk away, men parting as she makes way between them.

"Later Suit." She calls over her shoulder, followed by the most beautiful laugh I've ever heard.

I'll see you soon.
