Let's go back to 1973

Chapter 3

"Look at these new people and what year are you two going into this year hm?" Sirius questioned both of them but he was staring at Roxanne. James nudged him a bit knowing what he was thinking "She's new give it a bit of time mate." James whispered in Sirius' ear.

"Well we're going into our third year actually what about you four?" Roxanne questioned

"Well, same actually we're going into our third year as well, so I'm guessing you two are new here we'll be glad," Remus started.

"To show you, missy oh and you as well, around hogwarts," Sirius interrupted Remus looking over at Roxanne with a wink, but she hit Sirius with a reaction he's never gotten before, she rolled her eyes.

"Well we're actually not new here technically just wow I'm confused uh Roxie let's talk somewhere private actually," "Roxie nice name," Sirius smiled "My full name is Roxanne actually only my friends call me Roxie," "so can I call you Roxie?"

Roxanne thought for a bit and decided to be a bit sassy "You have to be deserving to call me Roxie." "Sassy I like it, and you what are you called?"

"Albus."

But before Sirius could say anything Roxie had already dragged him out of the compartment and into a private one.

"Um Albus how has this happened, like don't get me wrong I'm excited, but we're....we." Roxie was lost for words, she was happy that her dream had finally came true and she didn't want it to end but deep down she was nervous as she knew the first wizarding war was supposed to happen soon.

"I'm scared if this is a dream, I don't want it to end," Roxie looked away, she didn't want Albus to see her cry, she held it in with a sniff and turned back to Albus.

"Well if you are dreaming this must not hurt," Albus pinched Roxie's arm as she cried out in pain "OWWW!" "So you're not dreaming don't worry, someone with a lot of magical skills must've been able to send us back so far, but who?"

"So when you two people are done maybe you'll be able to introduce yourselves properly," as Remus peeped his head into their compartment "Um yeah we'll be a few seconds."

Roxie gave Albus the look, before the two went out and back into the compartment which contained the 4 Marauders.

"So now if you're not "new" here then how come we've never seen you about hm?" James asked looking at the two who had just entered the compartment, he tilted his glasses off of his nose for a bit to look at the two dead in the eye.

"Well it's quite complicated actually you see, we do go to hogwarts but just not in this era but we are witches and he's a wizard, so don't worry we're not trespassing, we're in gryffindor as well so it's not too bad, we know our way around hogwarts and...and yeah." Roxie rambled only to stop before Albus gave her the look which was telling her to stop.

"So fellow gryffindors but if you're not from this era how did you get here?" Remus questioned raising his eyebrows a bit, "It must've b-been some powerful m-magic or d-dark m-magic," Peter stuttered.

"Come on Wormtail I highly doubt that it was dark magic no evil person would want to send an angel," Sirius winked at Roxanne, but she faked a gag which only mad Sirius smirk.

"No mate I was sent from hell that's why my knees are bruised I had to crawl here," Roxie said sarcastically rolling her eyes.

"You're really feisty, I like a girl who puts up a challenge." "Come on Sirius mate it's obvious she's not interested let it go." Remus said calmly not looking up from his book.

Sirius rolled his eyes and whispered quietly "She'll come to her senses unless you want me to leave her for you?" Remus ignored this and kept on reading. "I think someone has a crush then, don't worry Moony I'll leave her just for you." Sirius whispered with a wink.

 "Hey Padfoot,"

 "Yeah?"

"Shut up."

꧁2 hours later꧂

"Anything from the trolley dears?" "Um I'll just have a cauldron cake please, thank you."

Roxie started eating her cauldron cake whilst the boys were in a heated debate.

"No I'm right because I actually don't get caught doing it," "That's not really true Sirius mate I mean it's not a pretty sight." "Shut up James when I brush my hair properly it's always a pretty sight!" Sirius cried out.

"This conversation is pathetic,do they always argue over stupid things," Roxie whispered over to Remus whilst Albus was talking to Peter about their love for magical creatures, "Yes they always do, that's why I'd rather read than get involved." Remus replied without looking up from his book.

"What are you reading?" "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." "I love that book apart from Quidditch Through theAges now that's an interesting book." "Pshhh you know what is a good book The Crimes of Grindelwald."

Their little argument over which book went on for over an hour until Sirius butted in causing the two to stare at him with a bit of anger "Aw are the two book lovers arguing over what book is better, none, all books are rubbish."

Remus stood up went over to Sirius and whacked him over the head which made Roxie snort out with laughter, Sirius looked dazed that he had just been hit over the head, but decided not to retaliate, Remus walked back to where he was sitting and decided to read his book again as though nothing had just happened.

"Nice one Remus!" Roxie high-fived Remus.
