He basically drags me out to the beach. when it is sunset he kneels down on one knee and pulls out a smallish box. I instantly know what's going on.
"DJ," he grabs my hand "we have know eachother for only a couple of months, I get that is a short time. but you have brought me vast amounts of joy. you are my other half." I start choking up and I let a tear slip down my face " as I am kneeling here looking at you I think of all the adventures we will go through in the future together. but as I come to think marriage will bring a new chapter in my life, in your life, in everyone's life around us. So basically what I am saying is..." he opens the box to reveal a ring that has a diamond band with a small diamond on top " will you, DJ Lawley, marry me?" I sit on his knee, cover my mouth with my right hand and let him slip the band onto my left ring finger. a spot where I never would have thought a ring would be placed by someone so amazing.
I run up the beach and give Cat a hug, it turns out we are having a double wedding. me and Cat are Catholic so it will be in a cathedral.
