Chapter 11 a random visit

A/n what's up everyone back at it with another chapter hope everyone is enjoying the story like is said before it's something that I've been wanting to write for a while but I was caught up with my highschool dxd fic. I've read a lot of fanfics where they start with narutos childhood and he's practically god like or some ones where he has a massive harem or even some weird ones where he becomes the kyubi and I thought this would be a nice change anyways let's get to it

Tenten and naruto were walking along the market hand in hand many villagers smiling and greeting naruto ever since the pain attack naruto has been respected by the villagers but it grew even more after the war when he was named the hero of the war
"So how hungry are you naru kun?" Asked tenten
"Really hungry actually" he replied as he laughed sheepishly
"Alright I'll make a lot of udon with beef then" she said and naruto started to Drool a little bit at the thought they got the stuff and noticed a familiar head of pink hair running the register
"Ah naruto sensei and tenten sensei hello!" Said satou
"Satou? What are you doing here?" Asked naruto
"Well my family owns the shop so I help out when not on shinobi duties" she replied
"Well that's good of you" said tenten as she smiled
"Yeah but it gets kinda boring I wish I could go train" satou replied as she sighed
"Well you guys have the day off tomorrow too but the day after get ready for some training" said naruto as he smirked and satou cheered up at this
"I like forward to it naruto sensei !" She said as she smiled brightly
"By the way you total is 28 dollars" said satou
"Huuuhhhh?!? We only got like 3 things" yelled out naruto
"Now naru kun don't be cheap you just came back from a mission you need the high quality beef" said tenten Naruto just sweatdropped as he brought his frog wallet and paid for it.

They walked into narutos apart hand in again and tenten began making dinner while naruto got into his home clothes
"By the way ten chan I've been meaning to ask you what's your team like?" Asked naruto from down the hall
"They're something else megumi chan is a natural at weapons and poisons, kuga kun is bit of a loud mouth but his doton is really something else, and then there's tenma kun..."
"Tenma unomiya?" Asked naruto as he walked back in to the living wearing a black t shirt and gray sweats
"I heard he was number one in the academy this year" continued naruto
"Yeah he was and for good reason he even gives me a hard time his ninjutsu is insane and he's into fuinjutsu as well" said tenten
"Ohhh!! Another seal master?!" Asked naruto excitedly
"Maybe but to honest he's becoming a bit much to handle" said tenten solemnly
"What are you gonna do ten chan?" Asked naruto
"I honestly don't-" she was interrupted by a knock on  the door
"I wonder who that can be" said naruto as he went to answer the door To see sasuke and Sakura at the door
"Huh? What's up guys?" Asked naruto
"You know dobe since you brought me back I figured you would bug me everyday but you don't why?" Asked sasuke
"Ohh? Sounds like you miss me Huh teme?" Asked naruto as he smirked
"By the way come in ten tens currently making dinner it should be enough for 4" said naruto as he moved to the side to let them in
"It's good to see you again Sakura"
"It's good to see you to naruto I had heard that you and tenten got together but I haven't really seen her around" said Sakura as she put a finger to her chin
"Oh hi guys good thing you came I think I made too much even for naruto" said tenten as she laughed sheepishly
"Take a seat guys" said naruto as he motioned for the table
"Hn"
"Thanks naruto" were their replies
"So what brings you guys here?" Asked naruto
"Well sasuke doesn't want to admit but he actually misses you" said Sakura as she smirked
"To be fair after all the trouble you went through to get me here and after I finally acknowledged you as my best friend you haven't invited me for a drink or anything" said sasuke as he deadpanned
"Wow I guess you're right how bout we go after dinner I gave the genin the day off tomorrow so I'm game" said naruto as he smirked and sasuke nodded
"Well if you guys go I wanna go" said Sakura
"You wanna go ten chan?" Asked naruto
"Hmmm I do have the day off tomorrow so why not" she replied
"So it's settled" said naruto as he smirked and tenten served everyone food they ate in a comfortable silence.
