She felt the blood rush to her head as she woke up again this morning. She was in coma for 6 months and gained conscious yesterday only. Though she was happy meeting her family yesterday, she had this wierd filling of someone she was missing. Apparently, the doctor said that she had forgotten her memory from last 5 years.
Her father informed her about hat boyfriend whom she loved and he, to loved her back immensely. She didn't know why but she was just not that much comfortable with him. Her father told her maybe it was because she was in coma for six months that's why and also as she has forgotten about him.

Her eyes travelled around the room only to stop at the side table. The flowers in the flower pot looked dead, but there were white lilies besides it. Just like yesterday. They were still fresh and wet. They looked mesmerizing. She didn't know how but she could smell the fragrance of the white lilies along with a different smell. She felt she knew this smell. She strangely could also feel and smell snow from them.

' stupied you are talking, Nandu. How can one smell snow. '

Just as she tried to move the hand forward, to hold them when the door of her room opened and in came her said boyfriend, Sid. He held a bouquet of roses. He was wearing casuals. And had this happy smile plastered on his face.

" Good morning Nandu. How are you doing today? " He asked passing the bouquet to her.  " This are fresh roses for you. I know you might not be comfortable with me, but believe me, I will wait for you. To believe me. And love me again."

She passed him a small smile and forwarded her hand to take hold of the roses. She brought them close to her face to smell them, but as soon as the smell reached her nose, she threw the bouquet on the floor and her face scrunched up in disgust and coughed trying to get the staunch smell of rotten meat off her system.

" Are you okay, Nandu?"  Sid asked worriedly, moving forward to hand her glass of water and pat her back. But before he could move his hand forward, Nandu hold her hand in a stop gesture for stopping him.

" Those flowers smell like rotten meat. " Nandu said after regaining her breath back.

Sid moved forward, picked up the flowers from the floor and brought them close to his nose. He turned towards Nandu and said " no Nandu. They smell like rose only."

" No Siddharth I did smell that smell. Believe me." Nandidni said. Trying to make him believe her.

This has been happening with her since yesterday. She could feel this strangely strong, cold presence around her. And the strange thing was, even though her body and mind wanted to run away from there, her heart felt at comfort and was at ease. Yesterday also she saw a bunch of fresh and wet white lilies, along with the same strangely familiar smell and comfort. When she had touched them, she felt a shiver pass through her spine. They were as cold as snow. And when she looked back down at the table she saw snow as white as cotton snow covered half in blood. She remembered how she had screamed loudly and all her family along with Siddharth had come in and when she tried to show them the snow covered with blood, they refused it. They said that there was nothing there and she was just being worried for no reasons. But how she still kept on crying.

She felt her heart wanting to scream someone's name loudly. But it surprisingly was neither her father's name or for that matter, Siddharth's name. So she just kept on shouting "aaaaa......" with her heart calling out it's owner when suddenly she felt a comforting yet cold hand holding her hand tightly, giving her the comfort and warmth. The screaming and crying had tired her to such extent that she wasn't able to see who had held her hand. She felt that he didn't leave her hand even for a second the whole night.
