Once back in his room he decided to start his plan in motion. To be honest he had a friend to blame everything on his name was Hironaga Sakishima, a close friend of his, that had also been a doctor and coincidentally a murderer too, well not coincidentally Izuku Midoriya chose his friends wisely and had a number of 'friends' he could pin his murders on. All he had to do was pin it on him cleanly and adopt a new killing style, easy.
He called Hironaga and told him to meet him at a certain location at 11 O'clock in 3 days. His plan was that he was going to set him up, already have a murder happen that he had done and tell the police in advance and catch him with the body. The only way to tell the police it wasn't him is admit he was a murderer but not the Silent Ripper. Which Izuku knew he was dumb at strategies but not too dumb so he would never snitch on himself. Izuku thought of this as his ultimate (temporary) win. Now the only things left to do were call the police, and he would kill someone right before Hirogana got there.
As he finished up his strategy up to the very last detail, he found himself extremely tired and decided to go to bed and call it a day.
