"You were meant to be my bed warmer, my toy, my plaything. And I'll complete that mission, no matter what it ."
Fragile tears trickled down Riddhima's cheeks as she sat alone in her room, shrouded in darkness.
Her face buried between her legs, she softly sobbed, her heart heavy with the weight of her secrets.
The silence was shattered by her mother's incredulous voice, "What are you doing sitting in the dark since morning? What's wrong with you?"
Riddhima couldn't muster a reply, her voice lost amidst the turmoil.
Her mother's words dripped with disdain, "Go wash the dishes, and don't just sit around all day. Do something productive. After somedays you will be getting married. What will I do with this girl?" The door slammed shut, leaving Riddhima to her despair.
Her phone vibrated, piercing the silence.
A familiar name flashed on the screen, but she couldn't bring herself to answer.
She silenced the phone, the ringing echoing in her mind like a haunting melody.
A mild fever ravaged her body, dark circles etched beneath her eyes like a testament to her suffering.
But her family remained oblivious, lost in their own worlds.
Her mother looked comfortably sitting on the sofa, watching her daily soap.
With a heavy heart, Riddhima washed the dishes, her mind a jumble of memories.
The way Vansh's eyes had claimed her, the forbidden fruit that had poisoned her veins. She bit her lip, stifling a sob.
As she returned to her room, her phone vibrated once more.
This time, she checked, and her eyes widened in horror.
Aditi's picture stared back at her, unconscious and tied to a chair.
Vansh's number flashed like a warning, a reminder of the storm that awaited her.

.Gayatri's voice echoed in the distance, "Vansh, you aren't doing it right. This was never part of the plan."
He raised his one leg resting it on the nearest chair while his fingers scrolled throughout the screen of his phone.
He put it back to his pocket and took out a packet of cigarette and his favourite lighter.
He craved something, his veins twitching with frustration.
"I had told you, you're playing with fire," Gayatri warned, but his heart remained resolute."We cannot fall in love. And Riddhima....."
"Riddhima is mine," he declared, his eyes fixed on Aditi, who cowered in the corner, scared and confused. He looked concerned for a moment,"I am sorry Aditi. It was never my plan to include you. But your bestfriend is making my life hell."
