Life of Remedy Onfroy

It was around 10:00 at night. Everyone was downstairs but I was in my room on my phone.

"Remedy"

"Are you okay"

"Remedy what's wrong?"

I hopped out my bed

"Is my baby okay?" I questioned from the top of the stairs.

"We don't know" Ally said. I rushed down the stairs to see Remedy standing in the kitchen.

"Baby, are you okay?" I spoke

"Yeah" she says

"What's wrong wit her?" I questioned confused as to why they were freaking out.

"She keeps like stumbling and she slurs her words" Michael informed me. Just then she started stumbling backwards.

"Are you okay?" I said

"I'm fine" she slurred her words. She then tried to walk away from me but she was stumbling. She was gonna fall but I caught her.

"Baby, wassup witchu?" I ask

"Nothing" her words slurred

"Do you keep getting dizzy or something?" I questioned

"Yeah- I mean no" she says

"You need to sit down" I said. I guided her to the couch abs she plaited down on it. Stokeley sat on the couch next to her, rubbing her back. I squatted down to her level. I grabbed her hands.

"Baby, what do you feel like?" I caressed her hands.

"I feel like Remedy Onfroy" she says

"No Remedy like what does your body feel like?" I elaborated. She shrugged her shoulders.

"Ion think she's even aware of what's goin on" Stokeley said. I agreed.

"Remedy, do you feel lightheaded?" I asked. She shook her head.

"When's the last time you ate?" I questioned

"I ate breakfast" she says

"So you haven't eaten all day?" I said. She shook her head.

"You know I hate when you do that. You need to eat. It's not optional" I said. She didn't say anything but she looked past me.

"Who's that?" She pointed. I looked behind me and no one was there.

"Remedy no ones over there" Stokeley says

"You don't see him. He's dressed in all black with that weird smile" she says making me panic. Is she really seeing someone we can't?

"Don't panic brotha. She doesn't know what she's talking about" Stokeley says. I nod my head,

"Do you wanna eat something?" I questioned.

"No" she slurred her words again.

"You have to" I said. She looked to the left. She then just passed out. Her head fell into Stokeley's lap.

"Rem" Stokeley shook her

"Baby......Remedy wake up" I shook her. My heart started racing.

"Is she okay?" My mom questioned

"She passed our" Stokeley answered for me. I put my face in my hands.

"Baby wake up" I cried

"Please Remedy" I lightly slapped her cheek.

"Call 911" Stokeley said. She then fluttered her eyes open.

"Wait" he says. She looked around confused

"Are you okay?" I questioned. She nodded her head.

"Baby, why were you slurring your words and stumbling?" I asked

"I was?" She questioned

"Yeah. You don't remember that?" I sai. She shook her head.

"Why are you crying?" She says

"Just a little worried" I said

"C'mon baby. You gotta eat something" I said. She got up and went to the kitchen. She sat at the table. I made her a grilled cheese. She ate it and put her plate in the dishwasher.

"Thats the best grilled cheese I had in a while" she complimented. I chuckled. She then stood there as if she was waiting for something to happen. She shrugged her shoulders.

"Thank you daddy" she thanked me

"Of course baby" I assured her. She started going upstairs when all of a sudden she just sprinted up the stairs. I thought that was weird. I was hearing noises.

"What's that sound?" Jarad questioned

"I heard it too" I said. We all grew quiet. It sounded like Remedy gagging.

"Is that Remedy?" I questioned. I heard it again. I rushed up the stairs. I busted in her room. She was in her bathroom. She was bent over the toilet.

"Baby, are you okay?" I spoke

"No" she cried

"Daddy, I'm scared" she cried. I flushed the toilet.

Here baby brush you teeth" I said. She brushed her teeth.

"Why are you scared?" I questioned

"Someone is gonna come get me" she cried

"No ones gonna get you" I assured her

"Yes they are. Daddy someone is after me and I'm scared" she cried more.

"Why do you think that, princess?" I asked

"Cuz I seen that man earlier that's a sign" she says

"Baby, you only remember the man but you don't recall anything else?" I questioned. She nodded her head. I hated how scared she was.

"I think you just need to go to sleep" I said. There was a few knocks at her door. She gasped, jumped and started crying.

"Is everything good" Stokeley said

"She keeps sayin she scared someone's gonna get her" I said. He comforted Remedy too. Everyone started going to bed.

"Go to bed okay baby" I said getting up and heading to the door.

"Daddy" she cried. She ran over to me hugging me, crying.

"You can sleep with me again" I said m. We went to my room. I closed the door behind us. We laid in the bed. She laid so close to me. I wrapped my arms around her to make her feel safe. I was starting to get worried. Remedy is a brace girl and she's terrified. She's never been like this before. I wonder is she's just scared of being taken away from me.
