Her laugh was so angelic. We kept singing the song and as we did I realized something. This song is what's happening to me right now. Y/n is "Jessie's Girl" but in my case she's Matt's girl.
I look back at her and she's singing the rest of the lyrics and shaking her head. I smile and look back at the road and continue to sing with her.
The song finishes and we arrive at school. We get out and see everyone at the front. Matt grabs Y/n by the waist.
"Hey, Baby." He says and Y/n smiles and says hi back. "Hey, John." He says and I nod to him.
"Where were you yesterday?"
"Huh?" He asks.
"I got here yesterday and only Johnny was here."
"Oh no, we were here, we were just making out in the bathroom." Brad says and we all look at them in disgust.
"We did not need to know that. Also I was sick and Leo was taking care of me." Winona says. Y/n nods.
"Yeah, Johnny told me. So where were you and Drew?" She asks.
"I slept in on accident and my mom said I could stay home." He says.
"Um, I......I was at a doctors appointment." Drew says hesitantly. Y/n looks like she didn't buy it but she let it slide. We all walked into the school and went to first hour.
