Thats what I heard, Its supposed to be different for everyone
So a few theories
Theory 1:
So I apparently had Pneumonia and then I escaped through the hospital, getting an arrow shot in my head which killed me
Theory 2:
I was supposed to go somewhere and send something to someone, but I went into a building for a while which gave me Pneumonia. When I got to the place I was supposed to be it was a trap and they shot an arrow at me, leading to it going through my head and instantly killing me
