Ruby

THIRD PERSON POV

Y/N could barely keep still, he was soo fucking excited!! Ruby is taking him out on a date at Dustcon, a convention he has wanted to go to for ages now.

Y/N: "This is fucking awesome!!" He says as he shifted from side to side excitedly.

Right now he was waiting outside Beacon for his girlfriend who was still getting her cosplay ready. Y/N has decided to go with nothing too overly flashy and decided to cosplay as a timelord, but what Ruby was going as was still a mystery to him.

Ruby: "You sure are excited!!" She calls out.

Turning around Y/N sees his girlfriend walking up to him, also looking like she might burst from excitement. She was wearing a red sweater with a black leather jacket on top, blue jeans, and some boots.

Y/N: "Is that outfit what I think it is?"

Ruby: "Yep, I'm cosplaying as Michael Knight!!" She says as she poses.

Y/N: "That's pretty awesome!"

Ruby: "So is your outfit!" She replies happily, pulling him close to give him a smooch.

Y/N: "Wow, you even got the watch." He says, pointing at Ruby's wrist.

Ruby: "K.I.T.T. I need you buddy. " She says, pretending to speak into the watch.

Y/N: laughs "Alright, you ready to set off?"

Ruby: "Yea-"

She was cut off by the sound of a turbine and tires squealing as a black Trans Am swung around the corner at high speed and stopped right in front of them, its front scanner going back and forth with its deep red color.

K.I.T.T.: "You called?"

The redhead and her boyfriend were too baffled to respond, just staring at the black car with their mouth open as other people stared at them while walking past...

Weiss

THIRD PERSON POV

Y/N was sitting in the cafeteria bored, wondering where Weiss was. The heiress told him that she'll take him out on a date today, but the only detail she gave away was that it would appeal to his nerdy side.

He had tried to text her a couple of times but she didn't respond, so now he was just sitting there wondering what was up.

Pyrrha: "Everything alright Y/N?" She asked as she walked up to the table with her food plate.

Y/N: "Yeah just bored waiting for Weiss."

Pyrrha: "Weird, she's rarely late for anything."

Y/N: "It might have something to do with whatever she planned for our date today."

Pyrrha: "Oh mystery date huh?" She asks in a slightly teasing tone.

Y/N: "Yeah, Weiss loves doing those every now and then."

Pyrrha: "Jaune loves doing them for me too, he's always coming up with something unique."

Y/N: "Is that why you guys left for a trip last weekend?"

Pyrrha: "Yeah, he won some tickets for a concert in Vacuo."

Y/N: "How was it?"

Pyrrha: "Better than I expected considering they didn't play the kind of music I'm familiar with, not to mention the food they offered there was also pretty good."
