7. Making Up

Firey's POV

The bell had just rung and I was heading over to my next class. I was chatting with my friends along the way until we parted ways and went to our separate classes.
As I was walking to my next class, which would be Biology, I couldn't help but notice Coiny sitting on the benches nearby.

I was going to go bully him again, like I would usually do, but the last time I did that I got a phone call home and...
...let's just say my parents were not happy with what I did.
So I decided to try and make up with the poor guy.

I walked over to Coiny. He had his hood on, staring down at his knees.
"...hey, Coiny." I said.
"What do you want." The tone in his voice was dark and deep.
"I- uh, wanted to a-apologize for what I d-did-"
"Yeah, go on and apologize. Next thing you know you're gonna return to how you were and not feel any remorse for what you've done!" He cried.

He looked up, revealing his red eyes with tears streaming down his face.
I opened my mouth slightly, trying to make out words until I was interrupted.

"YOU made this happen. YOU made me feel like this, and now you're trying to apologize?! After MONTHS of this shit?!" He exclaimed.

I looked down.

"...I-I'm truly sorry, Coiny.." I finally spoke.

No response. He just went back to looking down at his knees.

"I-I know what I've d-done wrong, i-it was stupid of me, R-REALLY stupid."

Still no response.

"...god damnit. I wish I could have changed myself before any of this happened..." I said sorrowfully.
"I'm really sorry, Coiny..."

Coiny finally spoke.

"....I forgive you.."
He looked back up at me, tears still falling down his face.

"...r-really..?"
"Yeah, sure.."

I sighed and opened my arms.

"Need a hug..?"

He looked at me and stood up, hugging me as I hugged back.

"I'm sorry, Coiny. I promise never to do what I did EVER again."
"Mmh..."

We let go of the hug and I looked at the clock. 11:45.

"Oh shoot, my class started 5 minutes ago. I-I'll talk to you later."

I rushed off to class and left Coiny there to walk to his class.

yayayayay finally a new update. Although short, it's atleast something.
I wrote this during class so it may be weird to read ahahsgxvdjw
