The Simpsons Movie 2: Night of the living Springfield

Sequel to The Simpsons Movie

We see two superheros jumping from rooftop to rooftop, beating up criminals as they swing of bars and free fall in the air onto a car, over a narration from Lisa, "Hero, or Menace. Warrior or Vigilante. The thought of throwing on capes and spandex is not a normal one. Justice will be served, in one form or another but it's better in.. cold!" Lisa runs over to Marge holding ice cream in each hand. Marge is watching Homer and Bart still in pose on the couch with costumes including masks.

They walk down the street as Homer is clapped. Homer is enjoying the limelight a bit too much as he pulls out the tiny red carpet he had inside of his pocket and rolls it out and walks on it as he is cheered down the road.

Marge is in the Supermarket and is crowded by the press. Lisa tells them to stop harassing them Marge notices Bart in the corner talking to them, acting like a celebrity.

We see Mr Burns after losing the power plant when being bought out. He grabs his wine glass and takes a sip and then throws it on the floor. He tries to smash stuff around the house, and struggles and has smithers help him as Mr Burns screams and Smither's smashes stuff not angry. He then sits at his desk drumming on the table, wondering what he should do next. He shouts Smithers over and says he has an idea.

Bart is in school walking in the corridor, loving the attention. He walks around with a smile on his face as Millhouse tells the people at the school to back off. Bart laughs and calls Millhouse by his middle name, Mussolini. Lisa screams at the students talking to her, fed up.

Lisa walks home from school and decides to pay a visit to her boyfriend, Collin. He opens the door and sounds like he's in a mood. Lisa questions this as Collin shrugs it off and sighs. Lisa also asks what's been wrong with him the past few weeks. He snaps at her and shouts at her to stop asking so many questions all the time.

It zooms in on Collin's TV playing a story about Russ Cargill. The secret plan of blowing Springfield up letter is found. We see Russ being dragged out of the presidents office in handcuffs. He is in prison as it fades to present day. They are picking out there food as he says more too much then that's enough too much. It reminds him of when he was mad with power, tough, soft, tough, soft, soft, tough, soft. He remembers that conversation and how massive he was, on how he nearly destroyed Springfield and created the new grand canyon. He grabs his plate as someone behind him and tells him to hurry up. He asks if he knows who he is. The inmate laughs as he makes fun of how his master plan fell through. Russ sits down and breathes in and breathes out heavily. Sideshow Bob with long hair tied back sits down next to him and looks at the TV and seeing that Mr Burns has been spotted walking into the Duff headquarters.

The Owners of Duff are in much debt and will do anything to keep there company for the income. Mr Burns is reckless and buys them out, in a meeting. He promises to revamp Duff World.

Russ is in his cell with Sideshow Bob as they both plan to escape. They are called out in the morning to eat breakfast. Russ headbutts him as they run from the guards. They bust open the doors and get chased by the guards and police dogs. Sideshow Bob jumps on a cargo train as Russ jumps onto another part of the train. He busts through the inside as he sees people working there. Russ throws them of the train when they question why he's here. He reunites with Bob as they both laugh.

In Moe's, the usual best costumers are watching TV, Springfield is revealed to the new owner of Duff, Mr Burns! They're all very surprised. Mr Burns bursts into the bar and shows his victory with a banner of him on bottles of Duff. They all start partying as Mr Burns says there will be a competition for getting to visit Duff World early. There will be a soft sweet at the bottom of 7 bottles of Duff. If you find one in your bottle you've won. Homer is curious.

Homer walks in to Kwick E Mart and buys all the cases of Duff Beer.

Homer is at home in the kitchen eating dinner with his family. All the cases of Duff Homer bought is behind them. Marge questions it as Homer says that he needs it for a thing and that he's had 9 so far as they talk about there day, Bart is getting a lot of attention, Lisa is getting fed up of that attention, same with Marge. Homer agrees with Bart, in loving the attention. The Paparazzi bust in the family home. Homer tells them to beat it. He opens another beer and chews the sweet. He won. His face lightens up. He sees a pig behind the press. It's SPIDER-PIG!! He comes over very happy and sees Spider-Pig has a family, 20 kids and a partner. Homer names his partner Spider-Piggy. After winning the chance to go to Duff World and finding Spider-Pig and his new family, he says this is best day of his life. A giant truck speeds past Homer and the pigs.
