This fanfiction takes place after the events of S4 EP20 "Patriot Games", after Brian pushed Stewie in front of a moving bus. I imagined Stewie being hospitalized after suffering from various injuries such as a broken arm and leg, therefore he has to stay in bed and let the family take care of him. The Griffins are kidnapped while on vacation in Tenerife and Stewie and Brian need to save them. When Stewie killed Bertram that was just a clone and the real Bertram is in hiding. He returns to kill Stewie Griffin and end this rivalry. While trying to save the family, Stewie's gadgets are destroyed, including his return pad. The return pad starts to malfunction which brings Brian and Stewie on an adventure through time!
