Todoroki's POV

Today my dad told me we were going to have some guest over, and it didn't sound promising I think he's up to something. I wanted to hang out with (Y/N) but I couldn't, I had to get ready for the stupid dinner. My dad told me to dress nice so that's what I did, suit and tie.

I went downstairs and wait for whoever is coming over, but then I see my dad walk over to me.

"Shoto" he says I just look away, he took my only day to hang out with (Y/N) away. Stupid bastard.

"Are you still on about that stupid girl" he said, hearing him say that I got angry

"CALL HER STUPID AGAIN" I shouted, he just sighs

"Don't worry you won't be with her long" he says under his breath thinking I wouldn't hear.

"What was that?" I asked crossing my arms getting more pissed.

"Oh nothing" he says, just then the door bell rings and the guest are here. My dad walks over and opens the door and when I see who it is I get shocked.

It's Momo, in a red dress her hair down to... what was his plan there is no way this is just 'hero' stuff I mean Momo's mom isn't even a pro.

"Shoto! Why don't you help Yaoyorozu sit down" my dad says smirking over at me. I nod as she makes her way over to me, I pulled out a chair for her to sit down and sit in front of her.

Later her mom and my dad join us, and we all start the prayer. Everyone gets some food and starts eating until Yaoyorozu's mom speaks up.

"Aww I would love to have a son in law like him Yaoyorozu" she beams, I immediately choke on my food.

"Excuse me, I uh have a girlfriend and I don't like Yaoyorozu like that, so Um please excuse me" I say getting up and going to my room.

A few minutes later my dad walks in, what the hell does he want now?!!

"Shoto, I'm going to say this and only once you are to break up with that girl, or I will do something to her." He says that's when I snap

"What the hell did she do to you!!!" I shout really angry

"I just think you should be with someone more rich, and Yaoyorozu's family has money, so break up with her or else I'll cause her trouble" he says getting up to leave.

I don't want to cause (Y/N) harm so I have to do this, for her sake. I have to break up with (Y/N) and get with Yaoyorozu, I pick up my phone and call (Y/N).

"Hey (Y/N) we need to talk.." I said on the edge of tears

"Hey Shoto what's up" she says back

"Um I don't think this is working anymore (Y/N)" I said still holding back my tears, I hear her pause for a moment then she starts sniffing.

"W-What do you mean.. don't you love me..?" She asked letting out a tiny sob.

"N-No I don't (Y/N) I'm sorry" I said, as some tears escape.

"Is there someone else?!" She yelled through the phone

"Y-Yes, it's Yaoyorozu I'm sorry (Y/N)" I say whipping the tears

"Oh I see... it was always her... it's always been her" she says

"N-No (Y/N) wait!" But she hangs up, I fucked up but I can't let her get hurt by some stupid bastard that I call dad.

Just then I see Yaoyorozu walk into my room with a guilty look on her face.

"Todoroki listen to me, I don't want to do this either yes true I had feelings for you but over time I've developed feelings for Ida, and we've been talking and I had to do the same thing to him. It hurts I know Todoroki but we'll find a way to get out of it." She says looking down I start crying In front of her and she comes to comfort me.

"Shhh, I promise I'll get you two back together" she says rubbing my back. It helps but not as much as it would if it was (Y/N)

"Y-Yeah and you and Ida to" I say whipping the rest of the tears not ready for tomorrow to come.

I'm sorry (Y/N) I promise I'll get you back one way or another.
