Unexpected Love

Part 4

-7 days later-

Its been an entire week since you were working in the office. You got new friends and thankfully, people here were extremely nice and kind to you.

Lisa eventually became your good friend and you both shared alot of time together in the office as well making your bond stronger. Jennie and you still kept investigating about Seokjin and you got a few information.

Seokjin is the eldest son of Mr.Kim Hwangho. He is 27 years old but looks like a 20 year old young man without a doubt. He even got the title of 'Worldwide Handsome' without even participating in the competition. He is cold and a reserved person totally unlike you. He has 2 brothers. Kim Namjoon and Kim Taehyung. His family is sweet and nice while he is cold and reserved. He is also bestfriends with Jimin and three more people whom you don't know. He lives in a mansion with a King sized bed which is totally black. His room is dark themed. In one word, he is the opposite of you.

Throughout the week, you gained these information about him and you decided to note them. And it was easier since he was in your office. Although the entire day would just go with you two bumping into each other and bickering. It was weird and tragic on how everything you both met by bumping into each other.

"So this your project." Mr.Park assigned you and Seokjin your project. It was actually a fake project to check if you were working properly so later they would keep you in work and he'd reveal his identity to you. It was just a small rule of the company to justify the workers.

"Aghhh!" You groaned as you put the banana milk on the table.

"It's so hard! Who gives this type of work?" You said as Seokjin just shrugged doing his work.

"What the! HEY LOOK! CAN'T YOU SEE? This work is soo hard now help me!" You said as he just ignored you.

"Hey! Stop ignoring me! We have to complete this work and you are supposed to help me!!" You said as he sighed.

"And who said so?" He asked coldly.

"Me!" You said crossing your hands over your chest pouting.

For some reason, seeing you pout made Seokjin  internally chuckle.

Suddenly you saw a notification in your laptop. You checked to see a file from an unknown number.

You chuckled seeing it.

"Thanks!" You said as he hummed doing his work. He acted like he didn't care but inside, he did. Definitely did.

-3 days later-

It took you 3 days to complete the project with Seokjin. He was cold and reserved. He barely talked to you while you always did weird things or just clowned around. He wasn't as bad. But still you both did bicker like hell while doing the project. And sometimes the office workers themselves wore airpods and turned on loud music so they don't have to listen to you both bickering while a few enjoyed the daily drama.

But all this time, one person who was surely obvious about the future was no one but Jimin.

Seokjin's POV:

"So Ms.Lee and Mr.Kim you both did a good job and the reports came very well." Jimin said as I nodded to him.

"So as you have completed this project like an honest worker. We want to reveal the secret to you." Jimin said. At first she  looked at him confused.

I went towards them and showed her the main record copy of our office. At first she confused and then she gave weird expressions.

"I am the real CEO of this office. It was all just an act to see if you are an honest worker or not but unfortunately you are." I said while smirking on the inside as she glared at me huffing.

I was never like this? What's even happening to me?

I shrugged my thoughts as Jimin explained Y/N everything while the others congratulated her for passing this test. We wouldn't be taking any more interviews so this act wasn't of any use either.

Author's POV:

-2 days later-

You were now working as Jimin's secretary. He was the sweetest person you could ever meet. Although Seokjin was cold and rude sometimes but Jimin was always there to cheer you up with his sweet talks. He became a good friend while being your boss at the same time.

Seokjin didn't like having secretaries as most of the girls were clingy, bratty or spoiled which he didn't like at all.

-Next day-

"Hoyy Lisa!!" You greeted your friend as she chuckled.

"Hoii! How are you doing?" She asked.

"Fine.. What bout you?" You asked as she mumbled a great.

"Hey Y/N! Look! This is the famous Love Cafe of Seoul and it's gonna be open this month. Only for this month! Wanna go there?" She said as you were confused.

"Huh? What is that?" You asked.

"Aishh. Look, the love cafe is the famous cafw of Seoul. It is only opened once a year for a month. People go there and a priest of the cafe pairs two people and they have to date in the cafe. Later, every pair ends up falling for each other. It's magical and fun!!" She said squealing as you sighed.

"That's stupid." You said as she pouted.

"Pleaseeee can we go??" She said as you sighed..

"No! Of course no!!" You said but she just dragged you with her.

"Booked!" She said as you widened your eyes.

"We are going!" She said leaving you in utter shock.

Seokjin's POV:

"WHAT?" I suddenly screamed out as I heard what Taehyung just said.

"What hyung? It's for your own good. You would never agree so we had to do this." He said as I sighed.

"Sorry hyung but it was the last option. You are going. Ok byeee!" Jungkook said as they both left. Namjoon smiled awkwardly and left.

I sighed.

I guess I just have to go to that stupid Love Cafe..
