A panicked Izuku ran into the dining room, all eyes were on him. "Kacchan, Kiri, we have to go," Izuku said as Katsuki and Kirishima stood up.
"Why, what's happening?" Kirishima asked.
"Shoto is now working with princess Momo Yaoyorozu," Izuku said hoping that at least Katsuki would understand.
"What's so bad about her?" Katsuki asked as Izuku just panicked more.
"Have you heard anything about her?" Izuku asked with more panic. All eyes were on him, most of them were confused.
"No? Was I supposed to?" Katsuki asked getting annoyed with Izuku's behavior.
"Maybe? I don't know, but she's bad news. Most of her guards are trained with the worst beasts of the wasteland and her personal hunters can find anyone in less than a day. And her, herself is the worst she'll do anything to increase her position in the world. And if Shoto is now working with her, it means that may it be death or victory she'll get her way," Izuku rambled as Katsuki nodded now understanding the situation.
"We'll leave then, come on Shitty Hair," Katsuki said as he looked over at the redhead. Kirishima quickly looked up at the blonde with bacon falling out of his mouth, Izuku chuckled whereas Katsuki just groaned. "Stop being a pig and come on!"
"Fgignghe" Kirishima said through a stuffed mouth of bacon. He quickly followed the blonde and greenette to the door, before the three of them left they say a quick goodbye to Sero, Kaminari, and Mina.
They left the house and walked far away from it, "So where will we be going?" Kirishima asked while he looked at the blonde and greenette. Izuku and Katsuki looked at each other in the hope the other would have the answer to the question, Katsuki groaned after making eye contact with the greenette.
"For now let's get away from here and away from the towns we've been to," Katsuki said as Kirishima nodded and turned into his dragon form.
"Wait! Deku!" Izuku quickly turned around and looked at Uraraka running toward them. She stopped and took a couple of breaths, she then looked up and jumped back a bit. The glare of Katsuki on her almost made her pee herself and the dragon behind him did not help with the situation either.
"Oh, Uraraka... sorry I should have said thank you before but I guess I panicked. So... thank you," Izuku said as Uraraka smiled at him.
"It's not a problem, just looking out for a friend," once Uraraka said that the glare from the blonde lighted a bit but didn't go away. "Can I ask a favour though?"
"Hm? Of course, you did warn us about Momo," Izuku said as Uraraka looked at Katsuki.
"Can I get a lift to the closest town?" she asked as she looked at Katsuki who was ready to say no. Izuku though quickly pulled the blonde behind Kirishima, Katsuki was going to yell but Izuku covered his mouth in time.
"Look, she warned us about Momo and she helped me escape from almost running into Shoto, the least we can do is give her a lift to a nearby town. Please Kacchan?" Izuku looked up at Katsuki who just grunted. The blonde stared into Izuku's emerald eyes, he started getting lost in them.
He quickly shook his head to rid the thought but that made the greenette pout thinking he was saying no. "Ugh, I'll do it for you, not her," Katsuki said as he walked around Kirishima. Izuku smiled but that quickly changed to a confused expression.
"He'll let Uraraka ride with us for me but not for her? That doesn't make any sense, I'm not Uraraka, Uraraka is Uraraka-" Izuku started to mumble while he walked around the dragon.
"Oi! Quit your mumbling, we should get going!" Katsuki interrupted which made Izuku jump a bit. Katsuki got on Kirishima's back and Izuku followed, Izuku then lent a hand to Uraraka to help her up. Once she got on and Kirishima flew up in the air, Katsuki quickly directed him to a nearby town.
"I never thought I would meet a dragon that can turn human, I thought they were extinct," Uraraka suddenly said making Katsuki and Izuku look at her confused. "What?" she asked nervously.
"Aren't there lots of them?" Katsuki asked now a bit concerned.
"Hm? Oh, no. Mostly every breed of dragon died in the war a few years ago, even those of the human turning breed," Uraraka said as Katsuki turned to Kirishima.
"Oi, did you know any of this?" Katsuki asked as Kirishima shook his big head no.
"So Kirishima and Mina must be one of the last than," Izuku said as Uraraka nodded.
"Do you know who Kirishima's witch or wizard is?" Uraraka suddenly asked.
"Huh?" Katsuki asked confused and frustrated with the question.
"Hold on... how do you think a dragon that can turn human is made?" Uraraka asked a bit scared of the answer.
"Isn't it when a human and dragon-" Uraraka quickly slapped her hand over Katsuki's mouth, it made him mad.
"Look I'm sorry but that's not it, an old wizard used black magic on a dragon to be able to turn human and created that breed. A human and dragon can't do such acts, who gave you that idea?" Uraraka asked as Izuku understood now.
"Kirishima's breeder, but now that I think about it he did say that he wasn't sure if the information he had was correct," Katsuki said as the closest town came into view.
"Then Kirishima must be a second or third generation," Uraraka said as Katsuki just grunted. Kirishima lowered down to an area near the town, Izuku helped Uraraka get off Kirishima. "Well, I'll see you again sometime Deku, take care."
"You too, Uraraka. Keep safe," Izuku said as Uraraka started to walk away. Before Kirishima could take off Uraraka turned around and waved at them, Izuku waved back. Kirishima quickly took off at the request of Katsuki, once in the air Katsuki laid back and groaned.
"What's wrong Kacchan?" Izuku asked as he looked down at the blonde who had closed his eyes.
"Nothing really, I'm just not a big fan of that name.. Deku. It sounds like you're being called useless," Katsuki pointed out as Izuku thought for a moment.
"I guess it does... well I don't mind. I just like having a nickname I guess," Izuku mumbled. Katsuki sat up and pointed in a direction for Kirishima to go, he pointed to an area with lots of mountains. "Wait, isn't that the mountain patch in the wastelands that's suppose to be the place where the scariest creatures live?"
"I'm glad you know that much, and yes. I've been there several times, you'll be fine with me," Katsuki said, it calmed Izuku's nerves a bit. "Would the hunters find us there?"
"They could but it could also take a while, Momo's hunters aren't your average hunters," Izuku said which grabbed Katsuki's attention.
"Explain."
"You know how you have... um, what is it that comes from your hands?"
"Explosions."
"Yeah, that. They have things similar... I think. I'm not completely sure since I only heard rumors, but they're defined sometimes as 'non-human'. For all, I know they could be at Sero's place right now."
"Non-human, huh? Guess we'll have to see for ourselves."
Little bonus brought to you by the lovely Bakutitties:
"Mina, what are you rambling about now?" Sero asked as he walked into the dining room.
"I've come up with what angry pom-pom's and cute Izu's ship name should be," Mina said which caught both boy's attention.
"Tell us," Kaminari said in anticipation.
"BakuDeku! The girl that came here used that name to address cute Izu sooooo I'm using it for a ship name!"
"Not a surprise," both boys said together.
