"Are you awake?" Niki's voice softly asked. "Yeah, come in." I responded, being quiet. As she came in, I took a quick glance at the clock, showing it was past midnight. 1:56 AM, the clock read. "You okay?" Niki asked. "I guess..." I trailed off. "You can tell me anything, you know that, right?" She asked me. "Yeah, it's just been a rough year I guess." I told her, as she sat down next to me on the bed.

"Hasn't it been for all of us?" She asked. "Yeah, i guess." I chuckled after she said that. "Tell me what happened." Niki said. "It's fine, I can handle it." I said. "I can tell from the change in your voice and posture that you can't. I just want to help you." She protested. "Fine." I said. "So, at the beginning of the year, around April, my family disowned me because I protested how my brother got way more attention than me and I got nothing but abuse, so I went mute for a month, and then Jack found me. He helped me through it, and we shared some hobbies, mainly Minecraft." I started, as Niki nodded. "My grandma was the only person who acknowledged my existence, and one month ago...." I trailed off. "Let's just say she's in a better place now." I said, as Niki gasped. "I'm so sorry." Niki told me, bringing me into a hug. "Do you want to keep going?" She asked, seeing me struggle to continue. "So, I got in a car crash, was in a coma for 5 days, and just tried to forget it ever happened, and then I joined the Creator Games."

"Why are you up this late?" I asked. "Well, I'm very scared because Mr. Beast just tweeted that the harder version of the tower is Week 2's Finale."
