White's heels click-clack down the hallway as she makes her way to her lab. The gems on the walls stare at her in awe, never failing to be amazed by each and every appearance of their Diamond. White tightly grips the key to her lab in her hand, thinking about her plans for the day. She passes through a few corridors before passing the last few rooms ahead of her lab.
She stops in her tracks, pausing for a moment. A faint yelling can be heard from one of the rooms and White listens closely, trying to follow the sound. She tip toes past each door before pausing at the last one, an old tech room. White stands in front of the ID screen, scanning her Gem before entering the room.
She sees her precious little Pink Diamond, tossing papers around and yelling at the ground.
"I can't stand this!" Pink yells. She picks up another stack of papers and throws them down by her feet.
"Every day I'm stuck in here doing this stupid nonsense, it's BORING!" she wails before slamming her palms down onto the old, outdated control desk in front of her.
"This–" slam "isn't–" slam "even–" slam "my–" slam "*JOB!*" she slams once more, accidentally cracking one of the buttons. "....ridiculous..." she mumbles, kicking the base of the desk.
"That's enough," White interrupts. Pink is startled and anxiously looks up at White, wide-eyed.
