Chapter 27 - Final (Complete)

The next day, they gathered as planned outside the University and boarded the hired bus to the beach. It was Tin's idea to have everyone on the same ride so that they can have the same fun and share their laughter. Can is happy that Tin had finally opens up and started enjoying himself a little more with his friends.

An hour later, they reached the beach. After checking in to their rooms, they headed out to the beach and spend their days there. Tin was walking with Can holding hands along the beach when he saw Ae standing and staring out at the wide open sea. And then suddenly after reading his phone, Ae went running to his friends happily.

"Why is Ae so happy? I wonder what is it ..", Can asked looking at Ae and his friends from afar.

Tin stopped Can when he started to rush over," Can, don't worry. He's just happy ... that Pete is back."

"Pete is back? That's great ... and you know about it?", Can asked.

Tin nodded,"I've been in contact with him all the while and Pete had asked me to care for Ae too when he's away. But Mai had done that part for me to bring Ae back from his misery.

"Yeah, I was worried about Ae back then. Luckily Mai is able to bring him out of that. Mai is really something ... lucky that he has Job as his boyfriend.", Can said.

"They've announced that? That they're officially boyfriends?", Tin asked in surprise.

"Umm. Not really .. but everyone knows they likes each other..doesn't that counts?", Can confused.

"It counts ... but isn't it better to actually make it fully official? They don't have to announce it to everyone but just between them ... remember when we're already nice to each other but still I asked you to be officially my boyfriend?", Tin said.

Can blushed and slowly gave Tin a kiss on his lips.

During dinner, Can had joined the rest while Tin spends his time with his brother, Tul and his son, Phupa, along with Gonhin.

"Tin said that he'd already taken care of the bill for our dinner tonight, so eat up all you like and don't worry about it!!", Can announced standing on his chair.

"Yay!!! I'll finish everything on the buffet spread until they couldn't refill anymore!", Job said and Pond cheers for it too.

"Oh, isn't it nice to have rich boyfriend ... ", Pond adored like a kid.

"Get yourself one rich boyfriend then Ai Pond.", Bow teased back.

"Oh, I know I have the cute and desirable face for that.", Pond played along.

After dinner, Mai decided to bring Job for a walk after he kept complaining that he ate too much.

"Oooh.... I felt like I'll explode anytime now ..."Job whined.

"That's what you get for eating too much.", Mai said.

"But that gave us a chance to be away from the others ... right?"

Mai smiled shaking his head.

"Oh ... look at the stars ... there's a lot of them and it's so pretty.", Job looked up at the night sky and Mai followed.

"Can you tried taking photos of the stars?" Job asked.

"Not really. You'll need more equipment in order to do that .. but I might want to do that someday."

"I'm sure it's going to be a great photo.", Job said.

"I'll be sure that you're there to help me too."

"As a model?"

Mai laughed,"No, not as a model ... it's even harder to take photos like that ..."

"Harder .. doesn't mean that it's not possible ....", Job argued.

"Well ... if you said that ...I cannot promise you that because it is something that I don't know if I am able to do or not ... but I can promise you that I'll try to do it for you, because you're important for me."

"What have you eaten earlier that you have a sweet mouth now?", Job said teasingly.

"Do you want to taste it?", Mai said.

"I'll give it a thought ..." Job pretends.

"I can wait ... we have all night long .... for kisses .. or more ....", Mai said.

"You're thinking too much ...."

"I know you're thinking about it too .."

"No, I'm not ... and don't you dare to trick me like how you did when you stole my virgin kiss away.", Job said.

"About that. I did not tricked you ... it was you ... but never mind that ... but ...."

"But what?", Job asked.

"When I stole your virgin kiss .... you kind of stole mine too.", Mai said looking at Job.

"Really?", Job was surprised by it.

"You've never kissed anyone?", Job asked.

"No. What makes you think that I did? Was it that good that you thought I'm experienced?"

"No, it wasn't good .. it was nightmare.", Job tries to argue.

"You're unconscious ... I forgive you on that.", Mai said.

"Okay, you win. I was unconscious and don't remember much too.", Job gave up his meaningless fight.

"Can I ask you something?", Job asked instead.

"When did you start to have feelings for me?"

Mai searched for his wallet inside his pouch bag and bring out small pieces of colourful papers and shows it to Job.

Job took it from Mai and realized that the colour paper is cut into a heart shape,"Isn't this ....?"

Mai nodded,"Since that day .... and it gets stronger everyday after that."

Job looked into Mai's eyes and leaned forward to land a soft kiss on his lips.

"I might not remember much about our first kiss but I will remember this one for the rest of my life ... with you.", Job said and they kissed again.
