A time to be with you (hatsuharu x reader)

Chapter 25

"Hey Y/n are you going to our play tomorrow night?" Kyo asked. I jumped up surprised at what he said.

"This is the first time I'm hearing about it." I whispered. "So what's the play?"

"It's Cinderella. Tohru is the evil stepmother, Kyo is the the prince, and I'm the fairy godmother." Yuki whispered. "Did Tohru not tell you?"

I shook my head and I heard Shigure laugh.

"Oh just imagine our Kyo getting to kiss a lovely girl." Shigure giggled.

"We changed the story up." Kyo said while walking by. "And I'm not gonna kiss some random girl! Who do you think I am a perv?"

The day of the show came and Momiji sat next to me and Haru. Kazuma and and Shigure were next to Momiji and a bunch of girls here were glaring at me.

"I can't believe the Honda girls are both she witches." A girl behind me whispered.

"If you have a problem say it out loud so everyone can hear it. Also what did tohru ever do to you?" I asked.

She sat there in disbelief and Haru turned around to the girls and flipped them off.

"Hatsuharu put down the crude gesture." Kazuma told him. Haru turned back around and sat there pouting.

As soon as he did the the show started. They said they changed the story up which I couldn't believe Hana-Chan was Cinderella.

It was really weird and Haru and I ended up getting bored and started playing Rock Paper Scissors.

Momiji seemed really confused and soon joined in on our game.

It soon ended and I rushed to see tohru backstage. I was soon met with a shirtless Kyo.

"You idiot tohru is in her changing room!" Kyo yelled. "Also give this to your grandfather when you see him next!"

It was the video of the play. I nodded and met tohru out of her changing room.

"Hey nerd you did good! Mom and dad would have been proud!" I laughed. She laughed and Uotani and hanajima met with me.

"Man kid I haven't seen you in a bit." Uotani told me. I gave her a hug and she smiled.

"You all did an amazing job!" I laughed. They both smiled and I rushed off to join up with Shigure.

I bumped into motako and she glared at me. I looked back at her and when I turned she stopped to look at me.

"Your dating Hatsuharu sohma correct?" She asked. I didn't answer and she sighed. "Why don't you both just say it?"

"Because why should I have to tell everyone about our relationship? And since when do you care?" I asked. "Are you that insecure about my sister being close to him? I can tell you now she doesn't like him like that."

"You don't understand loving someone so much that you need to protect him!" She said. She was about to start crying and I just sighed.

"Maybe you should think about relationships some more." I whispered. She stood there stunned and I met up with Shigure.
