"Amelia you have to go to school love, its been a week." luke looks down on her.
Amelia hasn't been to school since the night with ashton.
she hasent left the house.
luke and her mother are the only ones she's spoken with.
"i cant." she looks down at her wrists, all she can see are ashtons hands around hers.
"come on, ill even come with you today." he smiles grabbing her hands and gently pulling her out of her chair.
she huffs back down in the seat. determined she will not be going.
"you can't live your life in fear amelia. he's been MIA for a week. no one has heard anything from him. i don't think he's coming back darling."
her face changes.
"okay." she says while giving luke's hand a small squeeze and walks off to the bathroom silently.
luke and amelia drive to school.
after the first couple of weeks luke started going less and less cause he had no one to care if he went or not.
"it's going to be okay," luke grabs her hand but she pulls it away gently.
they enter the school and part their separate ways keeping their heads down.
"hey where have you been?" the blonde girl behind amelia taps her shoulder.
"is it true that ashton like totally beat luke up for you?" the red head girl beside her leans over and whispers loudly.
amelia closes her book sharply and walks out of the classroom.
