Kashvi was taken into a whirlwind of emotions, she was taken into an entirely different world and it was too overwhelming for her. She knew this was supposed to be her job, she was supposed to be the one to take down the Potion Master but he was an immortal and taking down an immortal by going deeper into his past was impossible and the stupidest thing to do! And Kashvi realised that only when she went into his mind and now, there was no going back. Kashvi hoped and prayed that Lavi would take this chance to kill this bastard. She hoped she wouldn't have to die and she hoped that she wouldn't have to go deeper into this man's life.

Every time she had been into a mind, it always started at a random memory, a memory that had an impact on the person's life or the memory they wanted her to see. She had no control over the mind but if she wanted to kill the Potion Master, she had to take control! She had to find a weakness!

The Potion Master was too strong for her and he knew everything about the power and Kashvi was at a disadvantage. The minute she had held his hands she was hit by so many emotions that Kashvi had regretted her plan. There was anger, rage, betrayal, confusion, suffering and then there was love? Kashvi was immediately taken aback. With all the raging emotions, the Potion Master also felt, love! Hope raised into Kashvi like a burning fire. Maybe, love is his weakness, if only Kashvi could control what she saw she could take the Potion Master back to the time he met Agni. And maybe, he could become vulnerable enough for the rest of them to kill him! Kashvi concentrated harder, she went deeper into the Potion Master's mind.

It was all hazy at first and then the images unfolded itself as if she were watching a movie. She saw a young boy, his eyes were the colour of the night and his hair had a tinge of brown amidst the forest of black. He looked so innocent, so beautiful that Kashvi couldn't find herself to look away. The little boy ran around the garden as if he had no care for the world as if he enjoyed nature. Kashvi could feel the breeze caressing her face as the boy ran around, dragging a kite behind him. Kashvi could feel her legs ache but the boy did not stop, he did not care. Kashvi realised then that the boy loved pain and Kashvi froze. The boy suddenly stopped running and smiled at her. Kashvi was taken aback, she was so scared that she wanted to get out! The boy wasn't supposed to see Kashvi! But the boy smiled and walked towards her. Kashvi felt a chill run down her spine, she trembled with fear. Kashvi tried so hard to get out of the Potion Master's mind but she was stuck! She couldn't get out, he had trapped her inside!

"You wanted to see my past, didn't you? There is a lot more pain for you to see and this is just the beginning, little one," the boy said. The potion Master! The boy was the Potion Master and he could see her and talk to her and he had her trapped in his past!

Kashvi panicked, she didn't want to go through the pain, she didn't want to feel what a monster feels! She wanted to get out of his mind, she wanted to run far, far away from the Potion Master and never see him again, but she was trapped.

All of a sudden the image changed. She was in a huge room that looked like the study. A desk lay at the far end of the room. Two chairs were laid at one said facing away from the door and a small throne lay on the other side. The windows were shut and the curtains were drawn blocking the only source of light. The room was dark and yet Kashvi was able to see everything so clearly. A man, in his 40's sat at the throne, looking at some papers with a magnifying glass. The Potion Master sat at the chair opposite the man. There were no books lined in the shelves as she had always thought a study should have. There was no furniture except for the table and the chairs.

"It's the potion I drank that morning. It is why you are able to see through the dark. The potion for sight lets you see through the dark and beyond." The Potion Master said as he turned from the chair to look at her. He was still a boy.
