Summary: Kras and Clinton put together a surprise party for Mitchel.

———————

A waft of the cheap plastic smell hit Clinton and Christian like a brick, as they walked into the party store. Each boy winced at the overwhelming smell as they stood aside from the entrance. Bright colors filled the room, and sparkles covered the floor. A tall tower of candy stood by the entrance, holding at least 20 different types of processed sugar.
"Come on let's just get the balloons and streamers and get out of here" Clinton moaned.
"Oi, you don't want..." Kras picks up a pink wig wrapped in a plastic bag off the shelf and shows it to Clinton, "... this?"
Clinton rolls his eyes and turns to find some balloons, leaving Kras at the front of the store.
"Fine, I want it tho" Christian talks to himself.
He grabs the wig and places it in the red hand basket that he picked up by the door. He heads down an aisle filled with table cloths and plastic silverware, in a multitude of colors. Everything down the aisle was color organized, creating a gradient rainbow. As Kras walks down, each color fade into one another. Red fades into orange, orange fades into yellow, and so on until he finally reaches the end of the aisle, purple. He turns the corner and walks into the neighboring aisle, which Clinton is in. Christian sees Clinton standing in the middle of the aisle, in front of a wall of balloon packages. Christian uses this opportunity to play a trick with his band mate. He walks carefully on his toes, stealthily sneaking up behind the older boy. When he reaches Clinton, he jumps on the boys back, almost tackling him to the ground.
"Dude what the fuck?!" Clinton screams as he stumbles to the ground, landing on his hands and knees.
Christian collapses in laughter beside him on the floor, clutching his stomach.
"Why'd you do that?!"
"Why not" Christian giggles.
"Let's just get the stuff, alright?" Clinton groans as he pushed himself back to his feet.

The two boys part ways again and each search for a different object. Kras walks down an aisle filled with decorations and pulls purple and red streamers off the shelves, placing them into the basket that's hanging from his arm. He finds Clinton in a few rows over, grabbing a package of balloons that is hanging from a hook on the wall.
"Oi!" Kras gets Clinton's attention, "I got my stuff, you good?"
"Yeah, lets check out then" Clinton replies.

The two boys head to the front of the store, and stand in line to see the cashier. In a few minutes they walk up to the cash register, and place their items on the counter.
"Did you have any trouble finding anything?" the cashier asked.
Clinton shakes his head in reply.
The man behind the counter grabs the package of balloons and scans them, "Do you need these filled up?"
   "Y-"
   "Yes please" Kras interrupts Clinton.

Soon enough the two boys walked out of the store, with two dozen balloons floating above them. Each balloon said 'happy birthday' with different color confetti printed behind the letters.
"How are we going to fit all that in the car?" Kras asks, making a head gesture towards the balloons.
Clinton shrugs, and reaches into his pocket to find his car keys. The red car beeps alive as Clinton presses the unlock button. Kras opens the backseat door, allowing Clinton to shove all of the balloons inside. The car looked like it belonged in a circus. No one could see through the backseat window, no matter how hard they tried. Balloons flooded to the front seat, creating a thick plastic wall between the drivers seat and passenger seat.
"Can you just hold them" Clinton hisses.
Kras grabs the strings attached to each balloon, and yanks them in his direction, getting them out of the drivers seat. Clinton leans down, and sits in the drivers seat, turning the keys in the ignition. The car rumbles, and takes off in a matter of seconds.

Soon the boys arrive to their home in Los Angeles. The tall white house is full of bright blue windows, which allowed the boys to save money on electric bills. The two grab the bags and balloons from inside the car and bring them through the red front door.
They walk into the large living room, and place a vase on top of all the balloon strings, and place the plastic bag of decorations on the coffee table.
"Come on let's get started, he will be here in an hour" Clinton barks.

Kras scrambles to follow each order from Clinton, since he wanted the house to look perfect for his brother's birthday. Clinton sporadically places each balloon through the living room and entrance, making sure to keep any decorations away from any window.
Within 45 minutes, the bottom floor of the house was decorated. Streamers hung from the ceiling, draped from chandelier to chandelier. Balloons float over every seat and table in the living room, and a cake was placed in the center of the marble dining room table.
   "It's perfect" Clinton sighs.
Kras's phone chimes. He grabs his phone off of the couch and reads the notification. A text from Jordan fills his screen, reading "Five mins away".
Christian hands his phone to Clinton, showing him the text. He reads the phone, and gets up to walks to the basement door.
"He's almost here" Clinton yells down the steps.
"Alright, be there in a second" Jesse yells back, turning off his gaming console.
Jesse, Pat, Ryan, and a few others climb up the stairs, and file into the living room.
"Wow it looks great in here" Jesse says.
Kras's phone chimes again, another text from Jordan. "Pulling in now"
"He's here!" Christian screams, sending each person to a hiding spot.
Christian flicks off every light in room, pulls on his new pink wig, and ducks behind a sofa. The front door handle rustles, and the lock clicks open. The door swings open, and in steps Mitchel, and his girlfriend Jordan.

Everyone who was in hiding jumps out and screams "Surprise!"
Mitchel jumps back in shock, but soon realizes what's going on.
"No way! I've always wanted a surprise party"
Kras approach's the birthday boy, his pink tangled wig bounces with every step. He extends his hand towards Mitchel, who grabs his hand, pulling Kras in for a hug.
"Happy birthday Mitch" Kras whispers in the boys ear.
A smile covers Mitchel face as he pulls away from Christian, looking around the room, seeing almost all of his closest friends in one room.
"Thank you all!" Mitchel gleams with happiness.

Mitchel greets everyone in the house, and thanks them for coming, but he goes to Clinton last. When he approaches Clinton, he does so slowly. The smile is now glued to his face as he stares at his brother. He pulls him in for a tight hug and says "Thanks man"
The brothers stay in their embrace for a bit longer, before Clinton finally pulls away.
"Let's get you some cake, birthday boy" Clinton says as he walks over to the cake.
He grabs a knife and cuts the pale blue cake into small pieces, placing each slice on its own plate. He hands a plate to his brother, and pours himself and Mitchel a glass of liquor.
Clinton raises his glass "This is to Mitchel, the best brother and friend I could ask for. You've always been with me, so thank you. Happy birthday to you, I hope all of your wishes come true, we both know you deserve it"
The two brother clink their glasses together, and the small crown erupts in cheers.
Clinton holds up a plate of cake, and yells, "Now who wants some cake?"
