Percy

We were seated in the Big House – Annabeth, Thalia, Nico, and I – waiting for Chiron to speak.

"Well," he began, but I interrupted him:

"So, basically, Gaea is rising with the help of another powerful person that we don't know about and then they are going to destroy the world?"

There was a pause.

"Yeah," Chiron finally said. "That pretty much sums it up."

Another pause.

"Seaweed Brain, great job guessing what's going to happen," Annabeth commented.

"And Rachel, here, has a prophecy about it," Chiron said. "Come on, Rachel."

The girl beside him took a step forward and recited the prophecy:

"Four of those who traveled to the ancient lands

shall go where the magic stands

where wizards are tortured, and half-bloods are dying

and no one can ever be free.

The son of the seas shall lead this quest,

to ancient lands where magic roam;

The daughter of wisdom and war shall accompany,

The hero who makes the final choice;

The daughter of sky, the former tree,

will fall at the battle against the enemies'

A boy dawned from the underworld,

shadow-traveling everyone to their glory.

More demigods shall appear to teach battle strategies

The greatest witch of her age shall reveal herself

The Chosen One shall explain his rivalry

Four redheads shall assist them in their hunt.

The wands and weapons shall unite

To fight Mother Earth and the Dark Lord."

"Long ago, Hecate blessed four mortals the ability to do magic. They started their own school called Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where wizards and witches are allowed to go there to learn. The two names from the prophecy refers to Gaea and Voldemort, the strongest villain in their world. You will act as exchange students and will befriend three people – Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ronald Weasley. You will protect Harry secretly and watch out for monsters and Gaea and Voldemort. IM me if you found out anything. School starts in two days on November 1. I will teleport you to where you will meet the Golden Trio afterwards. Oh, and do not tell anyone about you being demigods until at least the second or third week. Until then, you must stay undercover. Got that?"

We nodded.

"Good," Chiron said. "Take some weapons for safety and pack some armor and meet me here."

I raced to Cabin Three, grabbed my wristwatch shield and secured it onto my wrist. I placed a dagger and a sword into their sheathes and attached them onto my belt. I checked that Riptide was still in my pocket. I got out a trunk and threw my armor and other random things I might need to use in there and raced back to the Big House dragging my trunk.

"Good," Chiron said when we all arrived. "I will now teleport you to Hecate. She will give you further instructions." He snapped in fingers and we appeared in front of Hecate.

Hecate gave us each a folder. "All the information you need to know is in there. Your school supplies will be in your rooms waiting for you. Now, I will teleport you to the Burrow, where you will be staying until November 1, which is when school starts. The owner of the house is a family called the Weasleys, and you might . . . already know some of them. You will learn all the things later. Still . . . Oh, and also, I've already granted you the ability to do magic, just like the wizards and witches." Hecate's eyes glinted mischievously, and she clapped her hands. In a moment, we were standing in front of a large house.

A woman then stuck her head out of the door and saw us. "Oh, hello," she said warmly, walking toward us and showing us into the house. "Professor Dumbledore told me that we will have another student this year and that she will come here to live with us. About time, too." She closed the door behind us and called, "Ginny! Fred and George! Harry! The exchange students are here."

Two identical twins raced down the stairs and faced us. "Oh, hey, exchange students? I'm Gred," one said

"And I'm Feorge. Care to introduce yourself?" the other one said.

"Sure. I'm Percy Jackson," I said. "Annabeth Chase, Thalia, and Nico di Angelo," I added, pointing to each of them while speaking their names.

Then, a red-haired girl appeared.

"Ginny!" Annabeth exclaimed and tackled Ginny in a huge hug. Ginny laughed.

"How'd you know each other?" the first one (I think his name was Gred, weird name, though) asked.

"Been to the same summer camp," Ginny replied. "Did you forget?"

"Oh, yeah, right," the second one – Feorge – said.

Then, three people walked down the stairs and faced us. They were frowning and talking to each other in low voices, shooting glares at us. Finally, the mini-me-but-not-so-handsome boy cleared his voice and said, "This is the Burrow. You will be sleeping on the top floor, second door on the left. Ginny will show you around."

She led us around the house and stopped at the top floor and walked to the second door on the left. "This is your room," Ginny said, entering. I skipped over to a bed with sea green sheets and looked under the bed, pulling out a trunk. I opened it, revealing a long, thin case, books, another case, and another two cases. There was also a bag with black clothes. A cauldron appeared beside the open trunk, along with a snake in a cage.

A month ago, I was given a stick for three seconds, a set of uniform for me to try on, a telescope, brass scales and glass phials, and a cauldron, and I got to choose a pet. Then, they took everything away and didn't explain anything to me. I had wondered that for a couple of weeks before dismissing it.

Then, beside the "P" of my belt where I fasten it on the left side, a brown leather bag appeared on the right of my dagger, the only place that is not occupied by my stuff. I opened it and saw coins – loads and loads of coins. I put my hand in there, feeling them, and dug deeper, expecting to hit the bottom cloth, but my arm just kept on getting deeper into the bag. I cocked my head, pulling my hand easily out of the bag.

Ginny dug out three coins, one gold, one silver, and one bronze. "This one is a Galleon, Sickle, and Knut," she said, pointing at each of the coins. "Seventeen Sickles a Galleon, and twenty-nine Knuts a Sickle." She placed them back into the bag. I dug out a few more coins – golden drachmas, diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, and other gems that I might use.

"Oh, sure," Annabeth said. "Easy." A bag had appeared on her belt, as well as Thalia and Nico's.

"Yeah," Thalia agreed, putting down her trunk. "I'd better get used to this big house."

"You know," Ginny cut in before we could speak, "considering it's already ten at night, you'd better get some sleep. You can introduce yourself more tomorrow morning." Ginny exited the room.

"Sure," Nico said, yawning. "But you know what, I'll stay up first for watch."

"Wake me up at midnight," I said. I changed into my pajamas and lied down on my bed, quickly falling asleep, hoping for a dreamless sleep.

But of course, that was impossible.
