1 week in my DR = 1 hour in my CR
My clone will not do anything, it will sleep. When the alarm goes off in the morning, I will hear church bells in my DR and I will shift back to my CR. If my clone wakes up because it hears someone coming, I will hear church bells in my DR and I will shift back to my CR.
When I shift I will know because my eyes will open automatically and I will smell hot cocoa and cinnamon.
I can not die in my DR.
The people I like and are close to me can not die in the DR.
I will not have any trauma from my DR and nothing will scare me.
I will be safe in my DR and I will feel safe.
When I leave the DR, time will stop and it will resume when I come back.
My pain tolerance in the DR is very high.
I won't get attached to my DR.
If I get hurt in my DR it does not affect me in my CR.
I remember everything from my CR when I shift to the DR.

If I say "rewind" I relive any moment that I wish from my DR.
When I shift out of my CR I will firstly shift into my WR, where I will proceed to the DR by saying " I'm ready"
When I shift to the DR from my WR I will gently wake up in my bedroom in the DR.
I will shift back into my CR from the WR if I say "Go back"
My safe word is "Ananas"
In my DR I have my telephone with me at all times. I can not lose it or break it, and no one can take it away from me. On it, I can check the CR time and my Lifa app, where I can change the script whenever I want and I can check what my clone is doing in the CR.
I will not develop an accent in my DR.
I am free of unwanted hair (armpit, private parts, legs).
I do not experience periods in my DR.
I do not get fat or out of shape in my DR.
I have normal feelings, but pain and sadness are not as strong.
I feel comfortable in whatever I wear.
If someone gives me the truth potion (Veritaserum) nothing about shifting or my CR will come out of my mouth.
I have all my significant memories.
No one questions me or my appearance.
If I wish to go to the waiting room (WR) from my DR I have to say "I want to go to my waiting room."
If I tell anyone about shifting they can not tell anyone without my permission.
I will grow from the age of 16 in my DR.
Shifting will be painless and instant.
My waiting room is a little warm cottage in the middle of a snowy field. I am never disturbed or scared there.
I can return to my CR by clapping in the melody of "Do you want to build a snowman"
I will never run out of money.
I can not get pregnant.
