Basically everything and anything separates us from each other

Makes us not want to talk to others because we dont agree with their beliefs

But why

From my personal experience, that I am extremely proud of,

Rather it was on the internet or in person

I never really cared about stupid backgrounds

Just personality

I have had friends from Nigeria, Liberia, Nepal, Middle Eastern, white, etc.

Religions of Christian, Atheists, Jewish, Muslim, etc.

Backgrounds from terribly horrible to excellent.

Learning before assuming was always my motto

Kinda like when adults want their kids to try something new or eat their vegetables

I have never had a problem with trying new things,

I rather be around different cultures than my own simply because I live my culture (even though my aunt says that I do not do anything cultural, but thats coming from someone that can not tell me more than two races or two religions of friends or acquaintances that she has had)

But I rather do that than be just aware of mine simply because it is a learning experience.

And those EXPERIENCES can take me a long way

So I challenge you to learn something new about a different culture, you'd be surprised on how quickly your views of someone could change for the better.

Like this one time when I thought all Muslims didn't respect women, I was young and naive, didn't know any better, but I always treated them with respect.

One day I was talking with my friends, teacher, and even my brothers god mother, I had no idea that they were Muslim. But I learned a lot those days, like how some if not most actually do treat women with respect.

So after all of the different conversations that I have had with people. I learned not to trust stereotypes.

Speaking of stereotypes. Once you start stereotype someone and treat them based on that stereotype. They will only start to act on the stereotype because they are fed up

So just stop. Stereotypes in my opinion are a waste of braincells, oxygen, and breath. Like honestly. If I listened to every stereotype I have come across about everyone else. I would honestly be too afraid to leave the house or just live. Like dang. It's pitiful.
