Mind blank, we walk through the halls. Passing the med bay, I pause. Something happened here. What was it?

"Soldier keep up!" The man yells in front of me

I don't listen to him, I walk slowly over to the window spotting Captain America's mask, the worst headache I've ever had attacks my mind, but suddenly my mind is flooded by memories coming back into my head all at once. The pain unbearable. My head goes into my hands, I can't think, I can't move. I feel a hand on my shoulder when the pain dies down.

"Soldier, how do you feel." He asks, he suspects what just happened. Sometimes their procedures don't work, little things set it back. Every time it's happened to me I don't remember any of the code words, but this time it feels as though power is surging through me. I remember everything.

"Ready to comply" I say, but I'm not. I'm going to tear this place apart, I know now. I remember now. My friends are waiting for me. He nods and we begin walking again. I try to keep my face as emotionally ridden as I can.

"You will be collected this afternoon for a mission to go and find the bodies. Go to your room now, and wait." He says sternly

I walk that way until he can't see me anymore then I head to the first control room. I'm so close when alarms begin to blare, and someone down the hallway calls my name.

"Adriana!! There has been a breach near the compound! Stefan wants you to check it out!"

I spin on  my heel. "Yes sir." I say. Damn it, guys five more seconds and we would've had it. I meet Stephan, the man who greeted me at the door, and we walk outside to see the Avengers fighting in the near woods. Almost completely outnumbered by Hydra guards. My face almost betrays me, I want to shout at them for being so stupid, but instead I stand as still as I can, my face unreadable.

"Go bring them to me." Stefan commands. I nod curtly, running with super speed I run up the back of a tank and jump off the top. Mid air I change into my wolf form, as my paws hit the ground Andrew notices me and takes in my fierce gaze. I can sense his emotions. His sadness almost overwhelms me.

"I'm fine, but I have to look like I'm complying. Run to the rondevu with the other wolves. Make it look like you're retreating and make sure that you're not followed." He smiles, as much as a wolf an smile, and starts running away. I begin to chase after them as though I'm trying to catch them, but I turn around back to the  Avengers.

They are all fighting hard, I'm sure already worn out. Damn I don't want to do this, but I have to. It's the price I must pay to win. Running from log to fallen log I jump taking Steve down. He's surprised. They all are when they hear their Captain's grunt as he falls. Growling I nock Natasha over, Clint runs to her making sure she is okay. Bucky and Tony are standing side by side. Hands out.

"Adriana. You don't want to do this. I know what it feels like. Having your memories ripped from you. I'm sorry it's happened again, but I need you to fight it. I'm your friend. We're your friends." I have no choice I tell myself as I let out a low growl, knocking him to the ground snarling. Quickly I run to Tony leaping into his foot as he tries to get back in the air. My jaws are so powerful it breaks through some of his foot armor, my weight pulls him to the ground. The Avengers are surrounded now, Bucky is helping Steve up, Peter is standing near Bruce, his gaze tired and sad. Tony, Natasha, and Clint are practically holding each other up. The soldiers part to let me through. An intimidating growl emanates from deep in my throat. It's as though I've scolded them, their heads drop to their chests in failure. Another failure.
