There I was, standing. Seeing the fire rise and grow bigger. Eating up the store, the store that my mother put her life into other than us, the store where techno, George, and I would play fight. The store where I ran to after school, where I ate my lunch. Where I had the best memories because I had my brothers, most importantly I had my mom. Now the store is gone and so is my mom.

~Four days ago~

"Hey, George. Wake up, we're going to late again."

"Mmh?"

"Get up."

"Ugh." He said as he rolled over pulling his covers up to cover his body better

*SMACK* "I said get up!"

"OW! SAPNAP!"

"I told you to get up, you didn't listen to me the first time. And you know I don't like repeating myself. Get ready, we're leaving in 30."

"Okay okay, jeez. Did you have to slap me THAT hard? It's going to leave a mark." He pouted and still was laying in his bed. He never listens, I guess we have to do it MY way. I walked out of the room and waited 5 minutes to see if he was getting ready. 5 minutes passed and nothing happened. I walked back into the room and saw that George went back to sleep. I stayed standing at the door just thinking of multiple ways of waking him up. I hear footsteps and I turned around and saw Technoblade. I usually call him Dave but Techno too.

"Good morning Nick. You're on your way to work?"

"Good morning Dave, and yeah I am. Just waiting for this one."

"You didn't wake him up, Nick?! "

"Oh no, I did. He didn't listen. But I think I have an idea."

"What are you going to do?"

"Just watch..."

I walked over to his bed and pulled his covers off of him. He shivered and I grabbed his legs. Pulling him off his bed and letting him hit the floor.

"NICK! WHAT THE HELL?!"

"I told you to wake the FUCK up! You didn't listen. George, I'm not kidding go get ready."

"THAT WAS COMEDY GOLD!" Techno said laughing really hard, I laughed even harder.

I saw George get up, rubbing his back and going to the bathroom. He made a face at us, which made us laugh even more. After 20 minutes, George had already eaten breakfast and was ready. We said bye to techno and our mom before leaving.

"Nick, I swear I thought I was getting ready. I remember getting up and starting to change. I swear."

"Ouuu, I know what you're talking about I hate when that happens!"

"Then why did you literally PULL ME OUT OF BED?!"

"It was getting late! And George, don't yell in public! It's disrespectful, you're causing a scene!"

"Sorry, but we're here. Open the shop please its cold out here!"

"I know, I'm going I'm going."

We did the same thing every single day. Wake up, go to work, work, leave and head back home, practice, eat, and go to sleep. We did this routine for years, it was nothing new. We did this for 3 more days. Until the 4th day, where hell broke loose. On Sundays, we opened up at 1 pm and closed at 6 pm. There were lots of riots happening in class 3, thieves going rouge and breaking into houses and burning down shops. These always happen once or twice a year, and every year our shop stood tall and proud.

"Yay! I love Sundays! We go to work at 1 pm today nick!"

"Yes, we do gogy! But that means!!!!! CHORES!!! Get to work!"
