Chapter 8

Em's POV

Today is Monday and school is about to start soon.

Since Saturday I hadn't heard anything from Alison. I still don't know why she just left without telling me. I thought she was about to let her walls down but well I certainly thought wrong.

Alison was so different after that incident she seemed so vulnerable and broken. Just the thought of her being hurt destroys me.

Suddenly there popped a thought up in my mind. What if something happened to her as she left my apartment. I mean even I get the chills when I'm out there at nighttime or have to walk around here alone.

I just hope that she is alright and I hope to find her in school I really need to talk to her and ask her why she left.

-At school-

As I reached the school I immediately walked in. I really had to find Alison soon before I get crazy.

First period started soon and I didn't find Ali in the hall, so I made my way to my class.

The whole lesson I couldn't concentrate at all and I was happy as it was finally over.

Soon the bell for lunch rang and I literally ran out of the classroom. Then I finally spotted a familiar short girl with blonde hair. Alison stood there a few feet away from me and I rushed over to her.

''Hey Alison wait!'' I reached her in no time and as she turned to me she had an annoyed expression her face.

''What do you want?'' she asked in a harsh tone that took me by surprise. Like what? What have I done?

''I wanted to talk to you about what happened on the weekend. Why did you leave without even leaving a message?'' I asked her with confusion laced in my voice.

''Look I don't owe you an explanation it's not like we are friends or anything so... could you get out of my way I have somewhere better to be.'' She was about to walk past me as I grabbed her arm and shoved her against a locker.

Alison looked startled she certainly didn't expect that. I have to admit I kinda overreacted by shoving her against the locker but she makes me so angry. I really don't get it. Why is she acting like that? If there is something wrong in her life then it's her problem, shit happens but to let your anger out on other people is just wrong. But I can tell you that I'm definitely the wrong person to fuck with.

''What the fuck is your problem Blondie?! I was just trying to be nice after what happened to you and you are being a total bitch!'' I still had her pressed against the locker and for the first time I realized how close we were. I could literally feel her warm breath on my face.

''So get your shit together because I don't appreciate it if s...'' The rest of my sentence was cut of by Alison's lips that collided with mine. At first I was shocked but I kissed her back.

Her lips were so soft and her little moan urged me to go further, so I licked her bottom lip asking for permission which she granted.

As air became necessary we broke the kiss and Ali still had her eyes closed. But then her eyes shot open and she stared at me wide eyed. Without a word she shoved past me and got out of school while I was left dumbfounded.

Seriously what did just happen? First she was being bitchy to me then I made myself clear that she can't talk to me like that and then she kissed me?! Did she do it because she likes me or to just shut me up because she was annoyed?

Great now I'm more confused than before this is just awesome...
