Year 3~ The Professor..

THIRD PERSON POV:

After Y/N and Draco had a play fight in the common room, they ran to the great hall laughing, and hitting each other playfully.

Once they made it in the great hall, and sat down, continuing their laughing fit, Dumbledore started his speech.

"Welcome! Welcome to another year at Hogwarts.
Now, I'd like to say a few words... before we all become too befuddled by our excellent feast.
First, I'm pleased to welcome Professor R.J. Lupin... who's kindly consented to fill the post... of Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher.
Good luck, Professor."

As everyone clapped, Draco and Y/N were too huddled up in a conversation.

"Of course! That's why he knew to give you chocolate, Harry!" They heard Hermione call out.

Y/N and Draco turned around calling out to Harry, along with some other students they were friends with.

"Pottah!" Y/N called out.

"Pottah!" Draco called out.

Harry turned around and the duo continued talking.

"Is it true you fainted?"

"I mean you actually fainted?"

A friend of theirs, Theodore Nott, put a hand on his forehead and pretended to faint.

"Shove off you two." Ron called out and turned Harry around.

They all laughed and turned around.

Y/N'S POV:

Me, Malfoy, Crabbe, Goyle, and Theo were walking back to the Dungeons to get everything we needed for class.

Theo put his arm around me and said "So, Y/N.."

"No Theo, a million times no." I looked at him and smirked while I shoved his arm off of me.

"You didn't even know what I was going to ask!" Theo whined and put his finger on my face, poking me.

"You were going to ask me out, you've been doing that ever since I met you Nott." I grabbed his finger and bit it.

"AH- Y/N!" Theo yanked his finger away and glared at me.

"That's the spirit Y/N." Malfoy came and put his arm around me.

Theo noticed I didn't shove him off or make a snarky comment at him.

"Hey! How come I get a shove, and a bite on the finger but he doesn't!?"

"Because Im better-"

"Because I've known him longer"

"Right, yeah she's known me longer."

I chuckled and Theo glared at Malfoy.

We arrived in the common room and we split ways, looking for our stuff.

When we came out a professor came at me and said

"Miss L/N, you'll be stuck in Divination for this class time." The professor said and walked away.

"Wha-"

"Isn't that class with the Gryffindors?" Theo noted

"Yes, it is, listen to me Y/N"
Malfoy said while putting his hands on my shoulders and getting in front of me.

"Do NOT do anything snarky with those Gryffindors without me, got it?"

"Ugh, can't promise anything darling." I stated as I smirked at him and went under his arms, Running away.
