His For An Hour

Part Six : The Zoo

It was now a couple minutes after they were pronounced husband and wife, and they were on their way to a zoo just like Owen had promised.

Before they had gotten into the car they had changed into something more comfortable for the zoo. The dynamic between the two were still the same as before, the only thing that changed is that they are married legally.

Jenna felt Owen get distant from her ever since he kissed her on the cheek, but she wasn't going to let it ruin the last hour she had with him, she wanted to make it as memorable as can be.

Jenna looked at Owen as he stared out the window then looked down.

Once they arrived at the zoo, both of them got out of the car and Jenna waited for Owen to come to her side before they can walk in together.

When they walked in, they got their tickets and walked around to see the animals. Jenna saw some horses near by and went over to pet one of them. Owen followed her "so you're scared of Zebras but not horses".

Jenna looked up at him and nodded "yeah, they're more friendly"

Owen looked at her "uh don't think that's right"

Jenna looked back at him "come on... look how cute they are"

Owen chuckled "If you're trying to distract me so we can stay here longer instead of going to the zebras it's not working"

Jenna shrugged then continued to walk "I have no idea what you are talking about"

Soon enough they reached the zebras and Jenna froze as she made eye-contact with one of them.

Owen noticed and gently place his hand on Jenna's back "don't worry I got you, they won't hurt you" he gave her a smile.

Jenna nodded then walked closer to them. Owen bought some grass from some workers in order to feed the zebras "here" he said giving some grass to Jenna "feed them"

"What" Jenna said looking at him "I can't do that"

Owen looked at her "Why not?"

"What if it bites my hand"

Owen chuckled "it won't do that" he began feeding the zebra "just like this"

Jenna shook her head "please don't make me"

Owen looked at her and grabbed her hand "it'll be okay, I promise, we'll do it together" he put her hand on top of hers facing up with some grass on it and slowly put it near the zebras mouth.

Once the zebras mouth got on Jenna's hand she immediately closed her eyes. With Owens other hand he gently placed it on Jenna's shoulder "you alright"

Jenna nodded "yeah, please tell me I don't have to do this again"

Owen chuckled "we'll see "

Once the zebra was done he went over to be fed by some other people near them, Jenna noticed that Owen still had his arm around her and blushed "so are we done here"

Owen looked at her "nope, i bought you here to get over your fear of zebras and it looks to me that you still have a fear over them"

Jenna sighed "fine"

They spent a few more minutes petting the zebras before Jenna wasn't that afraid anymore and was able to feed them without the help of Owen

Soon enough they were almost done and were walking out to the exit, and Jenna looked up at Owen "thank you for today, it's really means a lot that you care enough to make me get over my fear"

Owen nodded "of course, I can't have my wife be a scaredy-cat now could I"

That got both of them laughing, and without thinking Jenna wrapped her arms around Owen and pulled him into a hug, and soon enough Owen wrapped his arms around her. Owen broke the hug and held her hand "come on let's go". She nodded and walked towards their car.

Once they got in they were silent but it was a comfortable silence.

Owen looked over at Jenna "so what should we do.." as Jenna was about to answer Owens phone rang "sorry it'll be quick"

"Hello" he said "yeah we just got in the car....... what" Owen looked over at Jenna and she raised an eyebrow "right.... no we didn't forget... we'll be on our way now" and he hung up.

"What's wrong" Jenna said "Owen... is everything okay?"

"Yeah, uhm they want us to go back to the alter.. you know because the hour is up"

"Right" Jenna nodded.

They made their way back to the alter and got out going in and instead of them getting married, this time they were getting a divorce.

The papers were given to them with a pen and they were told to sign, Owen grabbed the pen then looked at Jenna before signing it, and then Jenna signed it.

Owens lawyer took the paper and looked over it "great" he said "now you guys are officially divorced, Jenna if you can come with me and we will sort out your ticket to send you back home"

AN: they divorced :(( how did you guys like this chapter? I know it's short and I'm sorry but I have some things planned for their relationship in other chapters, this isn't the end for them.. or is it?

They're will be no update next week, I sadly have to write 4 papers by next Friday before I can start writing the next chapter but it will be coming soon after that, I hope! Leave me some ideas on how you want their relationship to go as well, and what you would like to see in the future!
