"We're about to have a very heavy rain this afternoon."

A laboratory of the Engineering school was well-lit. It was rather empty, as it was inhabited by no more than a dozen people. The exact number of people inside the Engineering laboratory was 6.

Here were the personal name, age, nationality, position of each person.

-Hiden Aruto, born in 2001, Japanese nationality, ace student of AI Engineering major.

-Sarawat Guntithanon, born in 1997, Thai nationality, student of IT Engineering major.

-Tutor, born in 1998, Thai nationality, student of Engineering major.

-Saifah, born in 2000, Thai nationality, student of Engineering major.

-Akamichi Ren, born in 2001, Japanese nationality, student of Engineering major.

-Kou, born in 1997, Japanese nationality, student of Engineering major.

"Here is our greatest innovation ever made. A machine that can turn radio waves into colors."Aruto said. (italic quotes = Japanese)

Since Aruto spoke in Japanese, nobody except those of his same nationality could understand.

"I can't really understand what they're saying." Sarawat told Tutor and Saifah. (underlined quotes = Thai)

It turned out that the major languages in the university were Japanese and English. Tutor and Saifah were exchange students from Thailand attending a Japanese university. The Engineering major was written in Japanese as "kougaku senkou" (工学専攻).

"Yes, yes, yes. Let's go to the canteen and fetch some donburi to celebrate our successful project." Kou nodded at Aruto's idea.

Saifah and Tutor went their way to the canteen. After going to the food stall, they ordered two bowls of pork ramen and sat at a table together. The entire canteen was empty, because it was tremendously large but only a few dozens of students were seen hanging out inside in thinly scattered clusters.

"Perhaps we need to take some rest." Tutor said.

Outside a classroom, Tin Medthanan (born in 1998) was trying to flirt Atsuta Juru (born in 2002). Juru was a slightly timid boy from School of Design and Arts. Tin also studied Design and Arts, except that his boldness overshadowed Juru's timidness everytime he met him. Tin was nicknamed as the Ice Prince because he was handsome but quite stoic and distant. But it turned out that Tin's stoic facade was so fragile that anyone could point out that he was actually humorous.

"Uh... sorry... I... You're so good-looking... but..." Juru's face blushed as Tin approached him.

Tin kept on putting much effort in flirting Juru, until a yellow-haired guy came towards Tin with a glare.

"This is my boy." The guy said to Tin.

Tin had never seen the guy before, but somebody told him that person was a pro gamer named Imizu Tametomo, who was roughly the same age as Tin.

"He's occupied now." Tametomo told Tin.

Tin silently moved away, as his subject of dating was already paired with somebody else. Then Juru walked hand in hand with Tametomo silently, in the opposite direction with Tin.
