Rescue (Feitan x Reader)

Chapter 4 {Apologies}

You

"Fei?" I say gently again. It's no use. I wanna just squeal or strike something, but my body doesn't have the nerve to even get up.

Feitan

It is Y/N! That is Y/N! "Y/N! Are you alright?!" I have lastly found her, pressing upon a cracked down tower. It was like she was partly unconscious. Her face looks haggard, and her eyes are all slumberous, but yet she is still conscious. She was still coiled up in my apparel and my bandana. All she did was give me a grin, then rested. I perceived she wasn't dead, because I could feel her breathing and her pulse was still going, but a little swoon.

The next thing I know, I'm rousing up in a place I had never perceived before. "Feitan?" Finally, something was able to escape my mouth. The last thing I retain was seeing Feitan's face... Meaning that he must be nearby. It doesn't look like an hour has crossed yet. "Y/N are you okay?" urged that guy I saw with Feitan that day. This was the guy who was making fun of Feitan for taking care of me. "How do you know my name?" I order. "Feitan told me. I'll go get Feitan for you," he answered. Before he could wander out the door, I shout: "Wait!"

Phinks

I turned about before strolling through the door. "Where am I?" she questioned me. "Feitan will tell you." I proceeded to lead my way out of the room.

Feitan

"Y/N?" I burst myself into the room and saw her laying her head on a pillow with a damp cloth on her forehead. She was using my clothing as a cover. "Feitan!" she called my name and sat up, provoking the wet cloth to slip off her forehead. "I am glad you are alright," I said and strolled over to apologize.

You

"I apologize for leaving you outside for such a continued period of time. I was a little involved with missions and stuff like that. I was too occupied that I couldn't sneak out to see you. I also apologize for the way I responded. Like the time I took my umbrella from your hand and ran off." he told me. He's so patient. "It's alright." I grinned at him with my eyes shut. This is a certain time to get to know him. "So, when you were too occupied that you couldn't see me, what missions did you have to go on?"

Feitan

Should I inform her about the Troupe? It is too unsafe... She will reasonably disregard me if I told her I was one out of the three people who slaughtered her city. She won't neglect me, but she will despise me. She will dislike me for sure. But, I cannot lie to her. Lying to her makes me feel... Something else.

You

Feitan's face looked somewhat down now. "Is everything alright?" I asked. He looked up at me and began to stammer some words.

Feitan

"Uh-Uhm, I think there's something you need to understand about me. I know this will apparently demolish our friendship, b-but I do not want to lie to you. I am a villain. I am the one who ruined your city. I am the cause of your injuries."
