Once in a while..

Chapter 5: Why Am I?

Jimin walks down the road, looking at his phone as he stops in front of a house. "It has to be here..." he softly says to himself, slowly opening the gate and closes it behind him, walking up to the front door and opens it. There's a strong smell of alcohol and something else hitting him in the face, causing him to cough a bit. He drops his jacket on the ground, walking into a living room full of people. He feels he's getting a bit dizzy, trying to look for the back door and finds it. He squeezes himself a path to it and walks outside, breathing in some fresh air.

"Look what we have there." "Taehyung, shut it." Jimin sees a few people outside, walking up to them. "H-hi... uhm.. Do you guys have any idea where Sungjae is? He should be somewhere around here..."

One boy, Taehyung, smiles a bit and looks at Jimin. "Who's that? I don't know a Sungjae." "Taehyung."

"Wait, you don't know Sungjae?" Jimin looks confused, suddenly realising he's at the wrong house. Oh shit...

"Jimin! Go away! Quickly!" someone screams, Jimin looking around to find the person who screamed. "They're vampires!" Jimin's eyes widen, looking back at the boys and screams as someone quickly gets to him.

"NO! GO AWAY!" Jimin sits up straight in bed, breathing heavily and looks around, realising it was a dream and sighs. He lays back down, closing his eyes again and falls asleep pretty quickly again...

"Mmmm..." Jimin wakes up, frowning as he sees the bright light as he opens his eyes, looking to his side to see Taehyung. "...what time is it?"

"10:15am. Good morning Jimin." Taehyung smiles, getting a strand of hair off Jimin's eyelid. "Did you have a dream?"

"How do you know?" Jimin looks confused at Taehyung, not understanding how he knows. "Did I make a lot of sounds or did I move a lot orso..?"

"You did. You usually do when you have a dream. Do you remember what happened in the dream?" Jimin shakes his head, not really remembering something at all. "All I remember is that I was being chased at the end before I woke up..."

"Huh.. Weird." Taehyung looks at the ceiling now, laying on his back. "Maybe you'll remember more later today. Small chance though, but you can always try to remember."

"I'll try." Jimin yawns a bit, getting up and walks to the bathroom, seeing the stuff he uses for a shower are already laid out. He smiled a little, locking the door. Sweet...

Jimin walks into a room with an overwhelming smell of foods, breathing in the air and melts. "Smells good~ What are you guys making?"

"It's already finished." Hoseok looks at Jimin, smiling. "Good morning. Showered I see?"

Jimin nods, sitting down in between Jungkook and Yoongi, looking at Hoseok. "Someone was so kind to already lay out the stuff I use."

"Oh? Someone you say?" Hoseok looks over at Taehyung, who's slightly blushing now. "N-not me." Taehyung says, looking back at Hoseok, knowing he knows.

"Taehyung, it's okay. I actually liked it." Jimin laughs a bit, seeing Taehyung blush as well. He then looks at all the food, his jaw dropping a bit. "You made all of this?!"

Hoseok laughs, sitting down next to Jungkook. "I didn't make it alone. This boy right here" he slaps Jungkook's tight a few times, smiling at him. "helped me make it. And I'm glad he did." Jungkook smiles a bit, rubbing his hand at the back of his neck.

"Wow. It's a lot..." Jimin looks around a bit, seeing all the food they prepared, getting a bit hungry now.

"Well let's start then." Namjoon says, smiling as he grabs some food and puts it in a bowl.

Jimin is in the library again. He found some more books that give him more information about the flower, and himself. He figured out he is the boy from grandma's story, tyring to find every possible information about it. He found several books, going through the last one now and writes important stuff down. When he's finished, he puts back all the books, walking back to the entrance of the huge room, noticing someone's waiting for him.

"I guess you read a lot? You've been here for hours Jimin." Jungkook smiles as he stands in the doorway, looking at Jimin as he sees him walking towards the door.

"Well, yes. I did. But I found what I need, so I probably won't come here for a while now." Jimin looks at Jungkook, raising his brows. "Was there something you need of me or were you just waiting for me to come back?"

"Just waiting. I want to show you something. Don't tell the others I did though... I'm not supposed to, but I trust you." Jungkook turns around, slightly raising his brows. "I'm surprised you can find your way in here."

"It's not that difficult. Now what do you want to show me?" Jimin asks, a bit curious and walks after Jungkook. "I noticed you're reading certain books. I wanted to show you something related to it." Jungkook says, smiling a bit as he looks back at Jimin. "It's that one flower, right?"

"It's a flower yes..." Jimin frowns a bit, looking at Jungkook. "How did you know?"

"You know how we all have a certain thing? The ones we showed you are from the clan we're from, but each one of us has something extra as well. I can read minds." "Y-you what?-" Jimin's eyes widen a bit, surprised of what Jungkook just said. "I said: I can read minds." Jungkook innocently smiles, turning around to face Jimin.

"Where are we?" Jimin shakes his head a bit, looking at a strange door. It has all sorts of weird patterns on it, making it look like it's ivy. "Welcome to our greenhouse."

Jimin looks around with an amazed face, his eyes sparkling a little. "Whoa... This looks amazing. How can it be so big?" Jungkook laughs a bit, walking in after Jimin and leaves the door a bit open, a small gap left. "Big house, big greenhouse I guess. Now, if you walk all the way to the back, you might find what you need. I'll stay here though, to warn you if someone else is coming."

Jimin nods, heading to the place Jungkook talked about. As he does, he looks around and sees all kinds of plants, big ones, but also very small ones. He smiles a bit as he sees some lilies, softly touching them and see them bloom up a bit at his touch. He stands there for a bit, watching them all separately bloom again, eventually looking to his side and sees some sort of... light? Jimin frowns, slowly letting go of the lily he was holding and walks to the strange gloom, his eyes widening as he gets there.

"So he was right..." Jimin found the flower, and as he reaches his hand out the gloom around it gets brighter, suddenly hearing a small whisper. "It's coming soon..."

Jimin looks back, expecting to see someone there but doesn't. "Who's there?" "Be careful Jimin..." "C-careful for what?" Silence. Jimin drops his hand, slowly getting back to reality and hears Jungkook scream, quickly looking around and ducks into the bushes, keeping quiet after.

Jungkook screams Jimin's name, hoping he will hear it, looking up from 'inspecting' flowers and sees Yoongi.

"What are you doing here?" Yoongi asks him, frowning a bit.

"Don't you see? I'm looking if the flowers still bloom." "You know they won't if one of us gets around Jungkook. I'm not dumb."

Jungkook looks around, laughing a bit and looks at Yoongi after, his smile dropped. "Well they're blooming, aren't they?"

"You took him here, didn't you? It's impossible they're blooming when we're here." Yoongi starts walking, looking around for Jimin. "He has to be here."

"He isn't here. Just go back hyung, I promise you. I'm the only one here." Jungkook walks after Yoongi, trying to get him away. Yoongi just continues walking, getting to the back of the greenhouse and looks around again, knowing Jimin has to be here, smiling a bit. "Are you sure he isn't here?"
