Decisions

This class was so boring I thought to myself looking out the window. I didn't get what the teacher was talking about,it was something about math though. I raised my hand to go to the bathroom. So then I got up then closed the classroom door behind me. I wondered what my friends back in The Boiling Isles were doing right now. I really missed them.

I took the key out of my pocket then rubbed it between my fingers. Then put it back in my pocket where it would be safe. I also wondered if I went back if everyone would recognize me. My style had changed a bit. I now wear a red beanie,a white and purple striped shirt,white slip-on Vans,ripped jeans that are always cuffed and a olive green jacket,but I was still my old goofy self.

I finally got to the bathroom. I didn't really need to go to the bathroom I just didn't feel like sitting i class all day. I really missed it there though. I remembered that I still had the key. So I could go back at anytime I wanted to!! I debated if I should go back or not. Its been 2 years since ive been to the boiling isles. I was now 16 years old. But I knew my mom wouldn't let me.

She still does not believe me that its all real. I took out my phone and pressed on the Gallery app. I scrolled down through my pictures to find pictures of me and King. Then i scrolled more to find pictures of Gus,Willow and me. Then a few more photos down there was a picture of me and Amity. The sight of the green haired witch made my heart beat faster. After seeing the pictures of everybody my eyes started tearing up. It was decided. I was gonna go back!

A couple hours later....

After the bell rang I got home quickly I could. I ran through the door not seeing my mom anywhere though. But then I went into my room to see my mom looking through my picture album. "Who's this Mija?" my mom asked holding up a picture of me and Amity in matching otter costumes. My face went red then I said "Its my friend Mom." "Why does she have such pointy ears?!" my mom said in confusion.

"Because shes a witch" I muttered. "What was that Mija I couldn't hear you." my mom said softly. "Shes a witch!" I said yelled. My mom stood there and stared at me. "Mija,magic amd stuff isn't re-" then I cut her off yelling "YES IT IS MOM IF YOU WOULD EVER LISTEN! ITS ALL REAL! WITCHES,WIZARDS,MAGIC,DEMONS EVERYTHING! I CAN EVEN SHOW YOU!" then I pulled out one of my glyph cards and picked up the plant one. I then tapped the middle of it creating a flower. She stood there in shock.

"Mom please listen. Its all real and I wanted to know if I could go back." She was still in shock but then said "Fine." Now I was the one standing in shock. "Really?! Mom are you sure?!" "Yes,but start packing before I change my mind." She said as she left my room and closed the door. I started packing as soon as she left the room.

So I packed my whole wardrobe,a pillow,a flashlight,my phone,some "human" candy as King calls it,sleeping bag,some blankets,my picture album,and a picture of me and my mom. I then walked out of my room with a big suitcase. I walked out to the living room to say bye to my mom. I walked over to her giving her a hug saying "Love you,Mom." She then said "Love you,Mija. Be safe ,visit me when you can and text me when you get there okay?" I gave my mom a thumbs then got out the key. I then opened the portal then I walked in waving goodbye to my mom.
