Saw's POV
I was walking towards the bathroom area from my scent cleanse. I missed my teammates so much! But I was anxious about how they would welcome me back to the team. The Taco conflict affected my team so much, they would think I "abandoned" them. I did this for my own good and for my team. My team would've lost the quiz episode if I hadn't controlled these fumes. I sipped my OK-Cola and took a deep breath.
"Oh, hey guys!" I said, waving.
Lollipop looked at me, worried. She was never worried, so that concerned me.
"Saw." She said.
I came up to her.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"3/8 of our team is infected with some kind of cat virus."
"C-CAT VIRUS?!" I yelled, spitting out my coke.
"It isn't fatal, it just turns us into cats and makes us more aggressive."
"Anyways, where's GEIGHTY?!"
"Are you sure you got those fumes removed?" Lollipop said.
"Yeah, I just yell when I say a word with the EIGHT sound in it."
"Oh okay."
"So, where is she?" I asked, sipping my drink again.
"In her room."
I walked towards the house and went into Gaty's room. She looked at me.
"Hey GEIGHTY!!" I yelled.
"Oh, hey." She said.
"Lollipop told me about a cat virus. It's infected 3/7 of our team but she didn't tell me if the other teams are infected yet."
I went near Gaty and wrapped my arm around her.
"I missed you!" I said, starting to cuddle her.
"I miss you too!" She said.
I looked behind her and saw a tail.
"GEIGHTY?! What's this? Are you infected with the cat virus too?"
"Hm... Yeah."
"Oh, that's why you feel fuzzy."
"Can you pet my ears real quick?"
"Um- Okay!"
I pet her ears. She closed her eyes and started vibrating.
"GEIGHTY, I wanna tell you something." I whispered.
"Saw, I already know."
Gaty scratched me and smirked.
I looked at the scratch and almost cried. I ran to my room and put bandaids and bandages on the scratch. I started panting.
"I won't get infected! I won't!" I said out loud.
I started feeling tired.
"No! Why me?!" I yelled.
I blacked out.
