*You Make Me Love You*

I sighed as I heard the front door open. With the head start I had, coming home earlier than him, I was able to get my bags together and get a ticket to go to Texas to see my mom.

I havent seen her in awhile because Justin didn't think it was worth the trip.

I realize now, it's always worth the trip.

“Selena?” He called as I gulped.

“In here.” I said, loud enough for him to hear me as he walked in the living room.

“Lena, are you-” He stopped as I watched his gaze fall on my suitcases sitting next to me on the floor. “What?” He whispered, trying to figure it out as I shook my head.

“Im sorry. but this is not working Justin. You know it's not.” I said, looking down as I squeezed my eyes closed.

“But what did I do?” He asked as I scoffed.

“Are you seriously asking that?” I asked him as he gave me a confused look. “You’re a complete jerk at times! You don't know when to call it quits and you're fucking cheating on me with a complete slut!” I yelled, motioning out the window as he shook his head.

“Selena, I told you, SHE'S JUST A FRIEND AT THE LABEL!” He yelled as I shook my head.

“THEN WHY CAN'T I FUCKING BELIEVE IT!” I screamed back at him as he pinched the bridge of his nose.

He sighed, calming down as I shook my head. “Please, babe, can we try to work this out?” He asked, hopeful as I shook my head.

“Justin, you know that answer.” I sneered as I picked up one of my bags, walking out to my car that I bought awhile ago. I never used it though.

Justin didn't allow me to.

He followed me out as I put my suitcase in the backseat of my car.

“Selena, please.” He begged me as I shook my head.

“Justin, leave me alone! Can't you see i'm not happy here anymore?!” I screamed as he gulped. I groaned in frustration as I walked into the house, grabbing my second and last bag as I walked back out to the car. He was still standing there as I placed the bag in the back seat.

“Youre really not, are you?” He whispered as I shut my trunk.

“No, I'm not. You've changed and I don't like this you, Justin.” I said as he sighed, grabbing the bridge of his nose with his thumb and index finger.

“Is there anything I can do?” He mumbled as I sighed.

I bit my lip before I wrapped my arms around his neck. I shook my head as I pulled away, kissing his cheek.

“No, there's not.” I mumbled as I pulled away from him. “I'm sorry, Justin, but I can't stay here..” I mumbled as he shook his head.

“whatever. Just go.” He said, walking back into the house, shutting the door behind him as I gulped.

This is what I needed to do. I wiped my nose, walking over to the drivers seat, shoving the key in the ignition. I took one last look at the house that I've spent months at with who I thought was the love of my life as I bit my lip. I looked away from it as I pulled out and away from the house. I turned out of the estate as I saw Justin looking out the window.

He looked miserable.

But I couldn't stay there.

I couldn't.

------

I wiped my eyes as I got off the plane. We had landed in Texas and my car was waiting for me. I climbed into my car as my luggage was already in the back of the car. I drove out of the airport, making my way down the familiar streets. I'm surprised I was able to keep the tears back this long. I saw my childhood house down the street as I pulled up in front of it.

Just like I remembered.

It was a little white house with an old brown fence around the perimeter. I would have gotten mom a new house with everything I have, but she said she didn't want it.

She liked the house.

I gulped, getting out of my car as I made my way to the back of the car. I pulled one bag out of the bag, taking the other one, tossing it on top as I made sure it wouldn't fall. I shut the trunk as I walked up the path to the front door. I didn't even get to the door as my mom was already standing on the porch.

“Selena?” She asked as I looked up at her. I felt the tears rimming my eyes were about to spill as I gulped.

“Mommy..” I mumbled as she walked off the porch and towards me. I bit my lip as I wrapped my arms around her, letting the tears go. “Mommy.....” I whined as she held me tightly.

“Sweetie, what happened?” She asked as I couldn't even say anything coherent.

I was crying too hard.

Right then and there, I realized that whatever happened now was what I deserved.

I loved Justin still and he loved me.

What else was there to go with it?
