Game Plan

I walk in and see Leo sitting at one of the tables with drinks ready. Okay KyuHee you can do this! It's not like.Leo is a stranger...

But you've only talked to him as Hana, never KyuHee.

Stop being a chicken and go talk to him.

Fine! I got this.

I take a step towards Leo and freeze when he locks eyes with me.

I gulp and go over to the table and sit down trying not to look him in the eyes.

"KyuHee?" Leo calls me softly and I look up and see his soft eyes looking at me

"S-sorry..." I stutter

"Why are you sorry?" Leo asks as he passes me one of the coffees.

"For all the trouble I put you in... Half the school thinks you have a kid with me..." You say softly

"I've never cared what they say or think about me. It's fine." Leo says

"But... Still..." You mumble

"Are you afraid of what they will say when they see you?" Leo asks

"N-no! It's not like I really know anyone at school anyways other than my brother and his friends. So what people I don't even know say about me doesn't affect me." You say

Leo nods "So you said your back but not really?"

"Right... My oppa found what my umma gave me and turns out it was poison. She tried to kill me." You sigh

Leo looks at you wide eyed

"Are you okay?!"

"Yeah. I guess what she mixed was wrong and turned me into Hana. Oppa is working on an antidote, what I took right now is only a temporary fix. It will wear off in a couple of days." You explain.

Leo nods and listens

"I am staying at my oppa's for now. And when I turn back to Hana I'll come back to your place...unless you want out. I think oppa might want to keep me with him regardless.." You start to mumble

"No. Come back to me. I want to help you. Besides Hongbin and Hakyeon are hassling me to bring you back already." You smile at that.

"Okay I'll come back. I am going to school tomorrow and most likely the following day turning in some stuff and getting extensions on some upcoming assignments since I don't know when I will be normal again. If we see each other... Do we ignore each other...?" You ask hesitantly

"People think we are together and have a daughter. We need to play the part. Don't avoid me, if anything come find me and we will have lunch together." Leo says while looking out the window.

You just nod even though he isn't looking. Your phone beeps and you see a text from Key.
From: Key Umma
Where are you? It's getting late. I saved you a plate of food.

You smile and text him back

To: Key Umma
Okies~I'll be back soon umma~

You look at Leo and smile "Um... O-oppa... I need to go, it's getting late." You say and Leo looks at you and nods and stands.

"I'll walk you back."

"A-ani! It's okay." You stutter

"What kind of boyfriend doesn't walk his girl home?" Leo asks while following you out of the shop. You blush but just nod.

The walk home is slient, it isn't awkward, it's a comfortable silence.

You stop in front of the apartment building.

"This is it. Thank you o-oppa." You now and walk in the building. You look back and you see Leo waiting to make sure you make it in safely. You wavy and head up the stairs.

After getting into the apartment, you see the guys in the living room watching TV lazing around. You smile and go to the kitchen and grab a water bottle and go to your shared room with Jonghyun.
I better get some rest. Got to get up early tomorrow. A long day ahead.

You sigh and fall asleep right away.
