"I cant believe she is gone..." My tears stained like blood on my face and I wept and wept in my mothers arms.
"Its ok. She is in a better place now though."
"No!She should be here with me!" Anger lashed out at my mom like a tiger catching his prey. I dont blame my mom for Rowans death, I blame Esther. If it wasnt for her then Rowan would still be alive and not dead."Esther!"
"What about Esther?"
"She killed Rowan and now its payback time!" I got up and clenched my fists.
"Wait!You are mourning for the loss of your friend and youre gonna take it out on the one person that can kill you!"
"In case you werent listening, I am part Vampire and Werewolf!I can do whatever I god damn like!"
"No you cant!I am not gonna let you risk your life!"
"You cant tell me what I can and cannot do!You are not my mom!" I saw the pain in her eyes and immediatley regretted it. I ran out the door and clashed into someone. Klaus. I walked past him but he grabbed my arm.
"Dont talk to her in that way!"
"Wait you were listening?! Oh great!"
"She may not be who you thought she was but you cant lash out on her!"
"I am not lashing out on her!I am gonna lash out on that little witch!" I grabbed my arm back and walked away.
"Sabrina wait!" I turned around and came face to face with him."Come talk to Caroline..."
"Whats she gonna do?!"
"She is your real mom and I know she would love to get close to you, get more involved, get to know you."
"Fine." I hopped into the black speckled Range Rover and sped off with Klaus in the drivers seat. I didnt want to talk to Caroline but she is my mom...she does deserve to get to know me doesnt she?

Caroline Pov

I heard a car outside and stopped reading my book. I placed the book gentley down on the table and went to see the disturbance outside. The whole house was quiet as I walked into the hall. The staircase placed at the back of the room creaked and I turned. I wish Nik was here. The door was knocked upon. I went to see who was behind the closed door. I carefully opened the door and looked outside. Niks car was in the drive and so was mine. I saw a young girl with blonde curly hair behind the bush and then saw Nik get out of the car. My heart relaxed.
"I thought she was here."
"Who?"
"Your mother."
"She cant get in the house love, dont worry." He kissed my forehead and beckoned for the girl in the tree to come. As she came clearer in the light, I saw that it was Sabrina. She looked nervous and was shaking.
"Would you like something to eat?"
"Yes please." She said. I grabbed Klaus' hand and let Sabrina past. I shut the door and locked it. I walked to the kitchen with Sabrina behind and Klaus holding my hand. I grabbed the ice cream from the fridge and a bowl and set the tub from the cupboard on the kitchen counter.
"Pick whatever you like." Her eyes gleamed at the sight of the stuff on the top.
"Thank you." Klaus wrapped his hand around me and I lay in his shoulder and tipped my head back to stare at him.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
He kissed my forehead and moved his hands and wrapped them around my torso. I stared lovingly at Sabrina and watch her fill her bowl up to the brim. I wish I was there for the beginning of her life and not come in the middle. She had a life before and now we have just ruined it. It makes me question would I be a good enough mother.
