CHAPTER TWO
Warm Secrets Will Cold Soon

"Kuya!"

"Mocha!"

"What are you doing here?"

Nilapg naman niya yung tray na yun sa side table ng kwarto niya at lumapit sa akin at inagaw sa kamay ko yung phone niya.

"Anong ginawa mo? My phone's broken! Why?" Halos maiiyak na siya nang makita ang phone niya.

"Your friend just playing on it and I took it from her." Sabi ko naman at itinuro pa yung babaeng kaibigan niya.

Tahimik lang siya habang nakayuko. She's really creepy.

"She would never do that! She's my friend and I can trust her." Lumapit naman siya doon sa babae and I didn't expect that words from her.

"What? You trust her more than me? Are you crazy, Moch?" Ngayon napalakas na ang boses ko.

"If someone who's crazy here, it was you Kuya. Kanina ka pang umaga." Sabi naman ni Mocha saka niyakap yung babaeng friend niya.

"You know what, Mocha. I will tell Mom that you're hiding something from her." Sabi ko at akmang lalabas na sana ng tinawag niya pangalan ko.

"No, Kuya! Please?! If Mom knows about it, she'll ground me for weeks. I don't want that." Pagmamakaawa niya sa akin.

"No, you defended her and Mom doesn't like people whom she really trust lying at her." I argued.

"Kuya please? If you love me you'll always be on my side. Can you give me second chance just for tonight? She had nobody in this world." Sabi pa niya na ikapagtataka ko.

"What? What are you saying?" I asked her with a lot of confusion.

"I know it's sounds crazy but could you please close the door so we could talk about her." Sabi niya and I did the favor she asked.

I sat across from her and looked at her seriously. Damn I know she'll talk again about her fantasies and magics.

"Okay, I'm listening." I sarcastically told her even I don't believe it.

"You sound like a psychiatrist, Kuya." Napailing na lmang ako sa pagiging pasaway ni Mocha ngayon.

"I can tell him." Napatingin naman kami doon sa babae na kasasagot lang.

"Okay, but could you take a bath? Cause you smell like shit." I told her.

"What? What is shit?" Napasampal pa ako sa sarili ko.

"Kuya naman. You're insulting her!" I rose up my both hands to surrender.

"Just go to the bathroom!"

Umalis na siya saka napatingin pa ako kay Mocha na ngayon ay napahawak sa sentido niya dahil sa inis.

"You know Kuya. You're useless. You didn't even care about girls' feeling. Why are you being so cold all of the sudden huh? Tell me!" Hinawakan niya ang magkabilang braso ko.
