"Chidori!" 

Kashi used his future signature move on a tree, causing the tree to break into two, it does not lack power and speed but as Minato-sensei said it is too fast that enemies can easily counter it and it can lead to Kashi's death nobody wants that especially Kashi

Kashi wonders and looked at his future self who is sitting in a tree branch and reading his oh so favorite book 'just what is great about reading that book anyways' kashi thought

Kakashi closed his book and asked his almost tired past self who has been practicing Chidori for almost 3 hours "So did you know your chidori's weakness? i presume Minato-sensei already told you this in training"

Kashi nodded he knows his Chidori's weakness "yes i know it results in tunnel vision for the user, and moves so fast that the user himself cannot recover or react to anything once he has committed to the attack"

"Precisely" Kakashi answered

Kashi questioned "So just how did you mastered it then?"

Kakashi just shrugged "well i got used to it as i grow up" Kakashi lied it was due to Obito's Sharingan that cancels out the weaknesses of the Chidori. though after he lost his Sharingan that does not mean he cannot use it anymore. so he made 'Shiden' a purple lightning a lightning style substitute technique for 'Chidori' as he lost his Sharingan in the 4th great ninja war

'not only he is late by 2 hours, reading a inappropriate book as he trains he also did not give a decent tip to use his Chidori' he angrily thought 

"Shiden" a purple lightning appeared in Kakashi's hand resembling like a Chidori 

Kashi eyes widen in disbelief in front of him is a new jutsu that his future self created it is like a Chidori, but what is the difference?

Kashi can't help but asked "Shiden? What happened to Chidori? what is the difference?"

"this is a jutsu that i created due to Chidori's weaknesses and this is what i will teach you" Kakashi stated

"H-How? i have not mastered Chidori yet and you are asking me to master a different jutsu?" Kashi was flustered he is nowhere close to perfecting this jutsu 

"I will still let u practice Chidori for the sole purpose of mastering Shiden, as you can see Shiden is a substitute for Chidori to compensate for Chidori's weaknesses" Kakashi explained this he wanted Kashi to learn this before he go back to his time so that he won't experience what he experienced in the past

"Are you telling me that it is impossible to master Chidori?" Kashi protested 

"well not really but is it not better to use the version of it that has no weaknesses? and no i want you to remember how to use Chidori because someone will master that in the future"

"S-someone will master Chidori in the future? Who? who is it?" Kashi asked Kakashi a barraged of questions

"you have already met him" Kakashi smiled and proudly stated his student's name "It is Sasuke Uchiha"

"Him? how did he master it what is the difference between us?"

"It is the Sharingan as you said the weaknesses of the Chidori, Sharingan opens back up the Users field of view allowing them safely use it that is why i impart my failed jutsu to him" Kakashi answered him he did mastered chidori after all due to Obito's Sharingan it is not impossible to master Chidori but it is hard

Kakashi walks toward Kashi to where he is standing and looked him straight to the eye and asked him "So do you want to learn Shiden or not?"

Kashi stopped and think for a moment Chidori is in production, and kakashi is telling his past self to stop and use a Chidori like jutsu. this moment is one of the important decision of his life. Does Kashi need time to think about it? Surely he does not, he look things logically it is true that this new jutsu will benefit him more and whats more a teacher that will teach him the jutsu.
