After That

After the vacation, I went back to school. One day, Jungkook and I met up for a karaoke session in a private bar.

I was very self-conscious of my voice, so at first, I wouldn't sing, just nodding my head along to the music and Jungkook's angelic voice. But when he was singing Euphoria, I couldn't help but join in...

I kept on singing along but didn't notice he had stopped and was listening to me.

"Wow! You have a really amazing voice!" he sat down next to me as I blushed and took my hand, putting it between both of his. "Will you record a cover with me?" "Are you sure? I'm really not that great..." "No! You're amazing! Please, pretty please?" he whined, pouting. "Fine, but only if I get to choose the song." "Deal!

After some thinking, I decided on 'Rewrite the Stars'.

We recorded our song at Bighit headquarters, and when I finished the last verse

I heard clapping. Then a man walked in and said to me, "You have a really beautiful voice, and I've been looking for a new person to bring up. Can you act?"

I shyly nodded.

"Do you want the lead role in my new movie?"

"Yes! Yes, she wants it!" Jungkook could see I was hesitating, so he jumped in.

The man nodded and handed me his business card. "Email me. What's your name?"

"Y/N. Y/F/N."

"Y/N. Y/F/N," he repeated to himself. "Ok. I'll be waiting!" And he left.

"Y/N! Did you hear that? You're going to be in a movie!" Jungkook yelled, picking me up and swinging me in the air.

"Yes! I know right!" I squealed. "Thank you, Kookie!"

He put me down and hugged me. "Can I come to the set with you?" he mumbled into my hair.

"Well, I'll have to ask, but sure, Kookie! I'll feel a lot better if you come!"
