When I woke up Will was sitting next to me, asleep. His golden locks covering his face. I stuck my hand through the covers and tapped his shoulder. He sat up with a jolt, looking around the room. He stopped and smiled when he saw me. "How are you feeling?" I sat up and flexed(is that even the right word?) my back, wincing slightly. "It's better than before" "Good are you hungry?" the loud rumblr from my stomach answered his question. "We missed breakfast, but i'm sure I can find something for us to eat" I stepped off from the bed but my legs wouldn't support me and I grabbed Will's arm for help. "*hiss noise* I guess your body might still be in a little shock. He put my arm around his neck and helped me hobble to the camp cafeteria.
He sat me down at a lunch table and went to get me some pancakes. "Look! it's that hades kid" "What is HE doing here?" "He's so weird, I heard he kills people and then raises them from the dead to become his servants" I sighed at the whispering around me and set my head down on the table. "Nico are you okay?" I looked up bleakly at will. His expression soured and he yelled something at the people who were whispering "Hey don't listen to them" He placed the plate of pancakes in front of mw, but my apettite was gone. I picked at the food with my fork.
"Come on you have to eat" I put my fork down and stare at him. "Why do yo care so much about me?" He frowned "what do you mean" I looked at the floor dismally "I mean, I'm just the kid of death that everyone avoids and-" Will grabbed my hand and dragged me into a patient room, locking it.
(minor kissing part)
Before I knew what was happening, Will's lips were on mine. He pulled back and I almost fell, but he caught me. I heaved a little and Will helped me lean against the wall. He cupped my face in his hand and thumbed my cheek "Because I like you okay" Suddenly my legs could work and I slamed Will against the opposite wall. Our mouths collided and he slid his hand up my shirt, fingering the stitches from the previous day. My heart hammered in my chest as we continued kissing. At last I pulled away.
"Nico, I-" I shushed him, saddening in the thought of what I was about to do. "I like you too, it's just that everything I touch dies" and with that, I shadow travelled, to where? Who knows. But I was far away from Will, I didn't want to hurt another person I loved.
Haha, you were probably thinking Yes! Get together and make-out or something like that. But no.COCKBLOCKEDDDDDD Nico left Will behind. I am a jerk and I accept that.
